They tell me it's the cost of a pizza which is $10.99. I tell them they're wrong so they ask the store manager who was also equally clueless and agreed with them. I decided to pay for them since I ordered them and got home to find they didn't even include the marinara sauce. I called to complain and got the deli manager who tells me it's $8.99 and she was outside at the time I came in. I assume she was on one of her one hundred smoke breaks. She offered a refund but I declined as I won't give them my business again and you shouldn't either. Stay away! Seriously who doesn't have a print out anywhere for their employees to know how much items cost?!?

I've had issues at one other Aldi in the area regarding their produce, which often times has been found moldy, soft, very brown with spots, or wilting, or sometimes the shelves were completely bare. This Aldi location has the best selection of produce and produce that hasn't reached the end of its life. One other reason I choose this Aldi is due to their larger selection of offerings of their organic product line, "Simply Nature". Their organic product prices I've found to be extremely competitive for the area. All of the products we've tried have also been delicious as well. Checkout can have long lines, and they've made self checkouts more the focus than attendant assisted checking out. They still do offer traditional checkouts, although there's most times only one lane open. Nonetheless, the attendant was friendly and fast, but considerate in placing items gently into my cart, unlike another Aldi I visited where the attendant literally tossed breakable items into the cart after scanning. I snuck in right before closing as I arrived in town late from driving in for the weekend and staff were friendly while they did their prep in the final minutes of the store (I think I literally checked out at 8:58 and they close at 9). Small town hospitable goodness, consistently THE BEST produce, and the rotating treasures in the middle aisle are always worth deal-hunting. Listen, I come here because I save a lot of money shopping at Aldi. But I *enjoy* coming here for all of the reasons in this review. I'm still not sure that I understand the history between ALDI and Trader Joe's, but it's an interesting internet rabbit hole in which to jump if you're up for it. This location doesn't have self checkout, but that's never been an issue for me since there's rarely a line at the register and they are so fast. I prefer the produce here, find deals on seafood frequently, and once I learn their packaging and nomenclature, enjoy finding more affordable options on staple items.

Easily Accessible: You can come in here and get the things you need and get out quickly. The prices are about the same as Walmart or it seemed that way. What they have vs what the don't have: They don't have an electronics department but they do have $3.74 DVD dump bin. It's a small one located at FOS in front of the pharmacy. They don't have an automotive department. This looks to just be a grocery store only with a pharmacy. I didn't see any toys, sporting goods or clothes. This should help you out as far as what is in this store. Everybody was friendly that I talked to and they are no where near as busy as a Walmart.

When this store 1st opened, I bought some bakery bread. It wasn't sliced so I took it to the counter and waited for one of the 3 people working to notice me. Eventually, one of the people finished what she was doing and started walking towards me; on her way to the counter, she partially removed her hair net and re-adjusted it to fit better. I can't remember now if she was wearing gloves or not. However, when I asked her to slice my bread, she took it from me and removed it from the bag without having washed her hands or changed her gloves. She handled my bread with the same hands as she had handled her hair/net. I reported this to the store after I got home and then, thought some more about it and threw the bread away. Last week, about a year later, I decided to try this store again. We had a good experience; I bought some of the same bread - this time it was already sliced. Since we always buy bread ahead of time and our family eats a lot of this bread, I put it in the freezer at home. Today, I pulled a loaf out of the freezer and discovered that it was thin sliced but had not been marked as thin sliced. This bread is available to purchase two ways: regular, which is not marked in any particular way and thin sliced, which is supposed to have a large sticker on it that says thin sliced.
