I love this Aldi in Cordova. There's 3 workers in particular I always see working and putting in 110% every time I see them to make sure the shelves are stocked and the place is clean. Christy, Jackie and Miss Netta. I come here very often so I've seen many employees come and go throughout the years and those 3 are the best ones I've seen at the store. The options at this location are always vast and top notch and the store is kept very clean. Never had a rude encounter with anyone here which I'm grateful for. read more

Love coming to this Aldi! I can always find what I need in a great affordable price. The Aldi Finds section also has great hidden gems as well. The only downside is that once those items sell out, they won't be restocked and this store gets sold out of some of those items quickly. Otherwise, it always has what I need! read more

Fine grocery store, came here because grapes were on sale, ended up grabbing some vegetables as well. Prices are fine, checkout was slow though because there were only two lanes. Not a lot of options but enough to get by. read more

WARNING: Do not do curbside pickup from this location. They up the prices on your products!! I did a curbside pickup I noticed the items I normally buy were much higher I thought to myself maybe they were on sale. No they weren't! After picking up my items I noticed I left something off of my ordered. Less than 1?hours later I returned to the exact same store and noticed the item I normally purchased wasn't on sale it was the price I always buy it at in the store but they up the price when ordered online. There is no direct number for Aldi! This chain as totally changed. Curbside is ripping you off! Keep your receipts. It was a good experience when I shopped there during my vacation for groceries to do cooking eating in in the mornings where I stayed at: Went right before closing which is an hour earlier than the stores in CA where I'm from. Cashier and associates were friendly and helpful, store clean and well stocked. Hope to return when I come back to TN. read more

Patato salad is a seasonal item at Aldi's. Any other grocery store, you can get it 24/7 365 days a year accept when it's out. They are also missing Donut Shop whole bean coffee for months, must be sitting in a large freighter on the Pacific Ocean. That not seasonal and still a shelf tag for it. Love this coffee why can't you get it? My wife loves your fruit on the bottom Greek yogurt better than Chobani's fruit on the bottom yogurt. Constantly stopping off on my way home from work to get her more of your Greek yogurt. read more

The staff was nice. I pulled up to a very clean & spacious parking lot. I walked in & the place was FULLY stocked (even after the Thanksgiving rush this past weekend) and very clean!! Excellent prices as always. I had to use the bathroom and even they were decently clean! I'll definitely be back to this location. read more

Perhaps I'm biased having spent the summer in Germany or just used to how grocery stores are over there, but I love Aldi. They carry their brand of various foods, all of which are great. Despite its small size, there's lots of variety to choose from, there's just not a bunch of brands, so it's one type of corn flakes, not five. And yes, you have to pay to rent a shopping cart. It's a quarter, and you get it back as long as you return the cart. Bags are not included, so bring your own or use a cart. The bonus of this is there's not carts all over the place in the lot, they don't have to hire people to collect carts, and they don't have to pay for loads of bags. So more savings for you. The savings are definitely noticeable, too. Around Christmastime, I saw cake mix on sale for something crazy like 50¢. Produce is very fresh as well. Staff is very friendly. read more

I give them the fact that they have great produce prices and their employees are nice and efficient but what I can't get over are the "new" aisles that they created in already existing aisles. It makes for a horrible shopping experience especially after you have to back up your shopping cart to let the other person through or vice versa. I understand that they might have extra inventory but there's a place for the garden items...the aisle with all the garden equipment. It is not in between the freezer and food items. Until they can get that mess straightened out, I won't be heading back. Also check your receipts. One of the cashiers charged me for something that I didn't purchase. I pointed it out and she later refunded me but if I hadn't have caught it, I would have left paying for something that I didn't purchase. Until they change their shopping experience then I won't be going back. 2 stars now. Will update to 4 stars hopefully sooner rather than later. read more

Like this concept - buy my yogurt and Kcup coffee here. Even bought beach chairs at a crazy cheap price. Protein bars are good and cheap - pick up a bag of barbecue potato chips - you won't be disappointed. And one more don't miss - trail mixes and dried cherries - yum! This rating is not so much about this Aldi store, which generally I would give 5 stars, it is a complaint about the Aldi customer service system which makes it impossible to speak to a human about a specific incident at a store and take care of it right then and there... Again, I shop at this store weekly and am generally very happy. That being said, today I go to pick up a few groceries and get into line. There is one cashier (normal but this is not what bothers me) who is sitting at his cash register TEXTING someone. The line gets longer and longer and I am feeling badly about the people behind me. Several times the young man at the cash register is asked if there might be someone who could open another register and he gives short, curt, and just barely not rude answers. I am not normally someone who complains, and making a complaint when the lines had become so long would have been counter productive as it would have slowed things down even further. I get home and try to call the specific store to let them know their cashier is texting while at the register - Aldi stores have UNLISTED numbers, so you can't call them. There is also no phone number for customer service on their national website. I could send an email... if the link to email them would work. I love the store in Cordova, TN, but this young man should not be allowed to work a register, and there needs to be a way to make a complaint. read more

Since the remodel, my bill is higher. The staff does not seem to want to anything. Certainly not helpful or courteous. I really wanted fresh corn and this week it was so old and dried out it was completely brown, yuk. I'm going else where next week. read more

I LOVE ALDI's!!! It is small but has a good variety and you won't spend long there. Produce pricing is the best in town by a mile! Store brands they carry are often better than regular brands. If not they refund your money. They also carry a few European groceries since this chain is German owned...and HUGE chain all over Europe. A note though...take your own grocery bags to reuse or they charge you for each new one you want. AND...bring a quarter to use a grocery cart... You will get it back when you return it to the cart rack when you leave. Also they only take cash and debit cards NO CREDIT CARDS. It's quirky but it's worth it. read more

If you're on a budget this is the place to shop for your groceries. Most items are their brand and are pretty good. There are items like the chips, granola bars and some cereals that I don't care for but the majority of the items are good. The only thing that bothers me is that the cashiers are not very friendly, they throw your things in the cart on top of each other and seem to be racing to win an Olympic medal. It's nice that even if there is only one cashier, you won't wait very long in line but I wouldn't mind waiting if it meant nicer cashiers and my food is not all squished at the bottom of the cart. Overall this place saves money and when on a tight budget it is a great place to go. read more
