Oh my goodness!!! I could not have found a better customer service experience if I searched for a million years! I called to see if they could do a same day delivery for my dad's 95th birthday because our plans changed and I couldn't be with him. Jerry said he would call his driver and let me know. When he couldn't get a hold of his driver, he called me back and said he would personally deliver a basket to my dad! He asked me what I would like and took my order!!! He picked some of the freshest and most delicious nectarines and cherries and snack mixes ever! The basket was delivered as promised and he kept in touch and let me know the progress every step of the way! My dad was so pleased he called me three times that day to thank me for it!
