I recently started shopping at Aldi's and am happily surprised with my find. This grocery store is not huge but is beyond tidy. They do not have a ton of staff members; but ones they do have are more than eager to help you when needed. The wine selection is quite large and have great prices. The Import chocolate candy from Aldi's is always nice to get for yourself or give as a gift. Some people do not know that they sell brand name items under their name at a cheaper price. (i.e. large bag of chips for .99) If you don't like something you buy from their store brand you can take it back and get your money back. They have pasta sauce for .89 a jar. That is regular price not a sale price. Eggs & milk are a great buy. And many, many more. Aldi's also sells specialty items, house-ware items, tools, holiday items and more. But, once you see it, buy it right then because you will not see it again. They do not get the same items over and over. Two things I would like to tell you. You need a quarter to use a grocery basket. When you return the basket you get your quarter back. (You will never find a stray grocery basket in there parking lot!!!!) (I love this idea) The other one is: They do not bag your groceries. You need to bring your own bags and bag them yourself on the long counter they have by the exit door. Aldi's does have bags you can purchase, but I'm not sure the price of them because I have always brought my own. Nice and convenient location like most Aldi. I love their wide selections of fresh produce and meats. The workers here are also friendly, and don't throw things in the carts like a location I've been to before. Parking lot is also spacious, and the store is well kept and organized. I love Aldi , they have some awesome products that I am don't think that I could live about well not really but almost but some Aldi employees are so rude , others know nothing about Aldi products especially about products that need assembly or come in parts . Then there is meet products , for second time I have found bag of pepperoni covered with mold . Mold takes a while to form especially to take over the meet , see the picture bellow This is the reason that I am 3' staring Aldi but I should real1'star them . I showed molded pepperoni to the cashier she just rolled her eyes and stuff it under the desk or under the register.... there was no I'm sorry man about that or nothing no apology whatsoever as a matter fact I don't need an apology but some acknowledgment acknowledgment hey I'll take this to my manager but no‍ so I asked to speak to a manager and one manager came up to the register the manager explained to me that rotten pepperoni comes from the warehouse and that she will talk to the warehouse, Are you f-ing joking! Warehouse employees are not the ones responsible for stocking the retail store Aldi retail store shelves it's all the retail stores employees that stock the shelves open the packages and should or are expected to inspect that rotten defective food does not go on the shelf. she pissed me off by blaming the warehouse and warehouse employees for rotten pepperoni on the retail store on her store shelf! Always have a good experience at Aldi's. The people are friendly and helpful. They have good grocery specials and I enjoy seeing the new non grocery items of the week. It's now on my weekly grocery rotation. They were respectful and understanding during the "great mask up" so I will be giving them my business unlike Sprouts which were mask nazi's. read more

I don't recommend buying the luncheon meat. Just opened up a can and it was filled with mold. Not the store's fault, considering the expiration date is still good. That is why I still give the store 5 stars, I love aldi great products and great prices. read more

We're delighted with Aldi. A smallish store, but with a thoughtful selection of foods at very appealing prices. They have a number of items that are popular in Europe but hard to find in the large supermarket chains in the U.S.....a great selection of quality, tasty cheeses, for example, and the best speciality chocolate bars I've found. (If you like white chocolate, Aldi's is the best.) Aldi's fresh meats are excellent, and inexpensive. Frozen fish and seafood items are interesting, and tastier than what you find at the larger chain stores. Some very good canned and boxed soups, including German and other European products hard to find elsewhere. The wine selection is limited in quantity, but varied in content, of uniform quality, and very competitively priced. Terrific cheesecake samplers at one-third lower price than HEB or Kroger. Great chips, snacks, and cookies at nearly 50 percent less than the big guys. There are a couple of bad reviews of customer service posted here, which we just don't get. Our customer service experience at Aldi has always been well above average. They don't have a lot of employees - one of the things that allows them to keep prices down - but those who are there have always been hustling and helpful. Their employees all seem to be literate, which sets them apart from some other stores. Since we started shopping at Aldi, our grocery bills have come down nearly 30 percent. Their products are good quality, and include a number of unusual things. Aldi is under the same corporate umbrella as Trader Joe's, and their stores reflect some of the same approach to stocking. Aldi is less focused on the exotic than TJs, but even less expensive - and much more accessible for people in the immediate Cypress area. read more

Not a customer-friendly location. During my entire 30 minute visit, the three pictured were standing in the same location chatting. When it came time to check out, there were three customers ahead of me and one cashier. I asked the 3 if they could call for another cashier and they looked at the cashier and went back to chatting, completely oblivious to the now 7 customer line with a single cashier. These 3 should be forced to wait 2 extra days for their pay, they didn't earn it this time. read more

Great selection of foods. Vegan options, such as vegan mayo, burgers, cookies, and quite a bit more. Clean store. Only negative was that the cashier wasn't friendly. She said hi, but didn't make eye contact. She was trying to hand me my receipt as I was putting my card away and I wasn't fast enough for her so she put it in my cart and started the next customer as I was still standing at the register. Didn't hurt my feelings, just not A+ customer service. read more

Terrible customer service!! Visited today and was behind a huge order, the cashier asked me to remove my five items at the end of the belt to give the one ahead room. The cashier kept waiting to ring up the order, the girl said she was fine if the cashier would start the order. Then 6-7 minutes later they open a new line and don't ask for the NEXT IN LINE! Visiting from Los Angeles and actually enjoyed my visit here. As soon as the line got to 3 customers, they automatically opened another register. The young man helping us was very polite!
