Lidl was a chain started in Germany originally and then expanded all across Europe and now in 31 countries. You will find things here you wont find elsewhere and if you like European goods, you will definitely find some treasures here. The prices here are good, so thats one of the reasons that brings me in. But, also, they carry Greek, Spanish, French, Portuguese and other ex US products here which makes it fun to shop here and uncover new treasures! This store has limited edition section and it was fun to browse that as they have some European items that looked quite interesting, most Greek & French products. I took a look around their frozen section and even saw they had some frozen escargot (snails), which was super interesting for me to see! I didnt get any this time around, but may get some when I am back home. They also have lot of fresh flowers and plants for sale here and lovely to see these options for sale! My only gripe about this place is that everytime you come into the store, the fresh produce section always looks like a disaster and the floors super dirty. I wish they would clean this area up a bit better and make it more visually appealing. How hard is it to remove some empty boxes, mop the floors regularly and arrange the produce in an orderly manner? Id definitely come back again and always there is something interesting to discover.

This whole process took longer than if I would have done myself. When I was leaving I asked why he checked my items at self check and was told he was trying to move the line. There was no line before I got there or when I left. Customer service was very disappointing. I worked@grocery stores for 20 years and understand how they work and that was just rude.

Upon entering, the aisles are easily labeled and the shelves were quite stocked. I found the juices I came for with no problems at all. Staff were super nice at the register and everything was seamless. There's nothing about this location that makes it stand out from the others -- I do wish that they, like the locations closer to me, had self-checkout. Since the boxed cases are unavailable, customers must purchase the individual bottles at $1.50 each. I asked if buying six individual bottles could be honored at the case price, which is a reasonable accommodation many stores make when only the packaging is missing. Instead of receiving a respectful explanation, the manager, Jazz, spoke to me in a raised tone, repeated the same incorrect information, and became visibly irritated when I asked for clarification. When I ultimately asked to remove the items from my purchase, he rolled his eyes and responded with frustration. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. After this incident, customer service reached out to me and assured me they would look into the matter. They made a point to calm the situation and promised follow‑up. However, every time I've reached out for an update, I've received no response. The lack of communication only adds to the disappointment. I understand supply issues happen, but the way this situation was handled--both in‑store and afterward--has caused me to lose confidence in the customer service at this location. The Amazon shoppers are such an unpleasant negative presence in the store. They don't actually work…read morethere, as in they aren't customer facing employees and have no customer service demeanor or training. And they aren't customers either. They're a weird 3rd space presence of rude unpleasant bulky obstacles with excessively large carts that linger and block the aisles making it challenging and frustrating to access groceries and move about store. And they act like you are in THEIR way. If modern life wasn't already impersonal enough, they make the grocery shopping experience even more impersonal. They are rude, always have a mean unhappy RBF expression. They have a rushed urgency about them that makes the store feel hectic. It's obvious they don't want to be there. They don't want to talk to you. They're not technically employees that you can ask questions. They park their cart blocking groceries and its not obvious who's huge cart that is to ask them to move. They just bring a negative funk to the whole place. And to top it off most of them are likely not people who would regularly shop at Whole Foods. Amazon has introduced a whole other socioeconomic demographic of non-customers/non-employees present in the store changing the atmosphere overnight. I'd wager there are as many Amazon shoppers as regular customers they are the majority in the store. Its a take over! the store is unwelcoming to regular customers. I am absolutely tired of dodging these mean unhappy non-employee non-customers interfering with my ability to get groceries. Final straw, I'm done with whole foods
