Our cashier was Eleanor when we got to the register if she didn't even acknowledge our existence just all of a sudden scanned our items and told us our total. We didn't even know it was our turn . She didn't make eye contact was just clean out rude and I feel like as a cashier. You are the face of the store. I'll just not come back here. Poor customer service when line is long. Store manager Ester is NOT professional. I heard a worker ask the person in front of me, to go to her cash register but they chose to stay in the same line so I went to the other register myself but the worker turned me away and said that she wasn't asking me to go to her line! When I asked for her manager she said I was speaking to her, she said her name is Ester and that there was only 3 of them working and could not help me pay for my stuff. When I asked the cashier that did help me (Nahely) for their corporate information, she was shaking as she gave it to me while circling the website on the receipt. I wonder if she fears the wrath of Ester or if she gets complaints about her own manager regularly that she's frustrated by it. If you're not in line by 9pm, they will literally kick you out. The Indian security guard will breathe down your neck at 8:50pm and won't give you any privacy at all. He will watch every single movement you do. Once he tells you that it's 8:50pm, he will leave and come back to you literally 30 seconds later to tell you that they're closing when they're not even closed yet. At 8:57, he said they were closing in 3 minutes but less than a minute later, he already said that they're closed when it wasn't 9pm yet and I was finishing my shopping but he kept breathing down my neck with no privacy at all as if he was kicking me out of the store. It just feels very uncomfortable and very awkward as if he had tension with me or if I did something to him. I've seen plenty of negative comments about this store and I can see why. I would not be surprised if the Indian security guard told me in an Indian accent "Thank you come again" so that he can continue breathing down my neck and make every shopping experience at the store very awkward and uncomfortable. read more

I love this aldis, it's always well stocked and organized, especially compared to other aldis. If I move I'll be loyal to this aldis because for one their finds aisle always has what's been released that week and most others people go and tear up the aisles trying to find the items and for two it's never extremely busy. Aldi Perris Ca, Is nit the first time...the employee name Esther a Manager, she is rude, as a customer you take tje time to look fir the stuff your going to buy and PAID, taking care of everything sadly whenever the cashier starts scanning the products, she just throws it in the cart without any care I mean you are paying!!!! Josue was such a wonderful employee. He helped my mother find the aldi finds she needed. He went out of his way by checking the back and finding the last Aldi find. We used to love going to Aldi but after todays experience with my mother and grandmother we no longer feel comfortable going back to Perris Aldi, there were two rude employees (Cashiers) there today around 3pm, a woman who is known for throwing our items into into the cart rudely every trip we go. I unfortunately do not recall her name and a cashier named Josue was extremely rude to my mother and grandmother, he got up and left the line without letting us know why, took his time and made rude remarks towards my mother, etc. it was just an unpleasant experience and we no longer feel comfortable shopping at Perris Aldi until something is done about those two. read more

The location of this Aldi is very convenient for the people who live here in Perris and the store is nicely stocked and very clean. The parking lot is clean and the workers are pretty kind the times I have gone. They don't have a lot of variety of a lot of things but still easy for a quick run to the store. read more

Okay so the first time it happened i let it go but now I want to tell you guys about my HORRIBLE shopping experience with JASMINE since this is now the 2nd time it has happened. She literally just throws your items in the grocery cart, when I say throw I mean throw. Doesn't care to gently put your items in the cart, our loaf of bread literally opened and started to fall out due to this. She pushed my cart away rudely before I could even enter my pin code to try and pay. She does not stop the conveyor belt while I am trying to put my items up so she can scan, so I felt very much rushed when no one was even behind us. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had with her so I am assuming she is like this all the time with other customers. This is just terrible customer service and not how it should be when I am trying to shop. I love aldis and will continue to shop here but in another location. I am willing to drive the 20 minutes to Menifee just to get my groceries than to deal with that bad attitude from JASMINE. read more

There is a very rude employee and I'm hoping is not the manager.. the first time I noticed her was when I was down the freezer isle she was talking very loud to another employee about not taking the lunch break on time she yelled across the store.. the second time was when I was in line she was throwing groceries onto a shopping cart and the consumer did bring it up to her attention and she seemed unbothered. The third time was the consumer before me asked her a question and she responded very rude and she also was throwing her groceries in her cart. She did not care to apologize after she was called out for being extremely rude. I understand days can be busy and consumers tend to test your patience but I can say neither of these people were rude to her they just asked if she can please place the groceries in the shopping cart if she can't then if she can let them do it themselves . She refused. I love aldi I would go to the one in Moreno Valley and was very happy when they opened this location . Aldi management please train this employee. read more
