The service was fast and friendly. But overall, the food was lacking flavor. The taco chicken was dry with no flavor in it. They use the same in the torta. Dry and a lil old. I'm never disappointed with their fresh food. I ordered pupusas and a Pepino. My parents ordered tacos and a burrito with fresh horchata. Place is always busy with workers stopping in on their lunch. I highly recommend coming here if you want good food and not pay a lot of $$$ read more

I've been coming here for over a year to purchase their ranchera preparada, pollo para asar, and the necessities for our carne asadas (avocado, onions, tomatoes, corn, dry pinto beans, chiles) and their service is great. I also love purcashing the pantry staples they carry that I wouldn't find at stater bros or target too. Just last month when I had to purchase close to 22-24 lbs of meat for a party, i just purchased the day before and they were able to get me out the door quickly despite the big request. I got a lot of positive feedback from family and friends how delicious the carne and chicken was. Excellent spot to get some spicy shrimp tacos. The fish tacos were okay, but the shrimp tacos were excellent. You can only dine outside, but if you are working or on your way somewhere, it works well. The worst experience ever. Not only is it overpriced, but their customer service is insanely horrible. Went in with my family to get something from the "michoacana" place they have in there, and the worker behind the counter was taking her sweet time. I asked what came in the takis locos and she said "everything that comes in the tostilocos" I look at her like "ok....? And I proceed to ask "what comes in the tostilocos".Eventually we place our order and another guy walks in and orders 2 drinks. By this time it had been 7 minutes since we placed our order, because she decided to take his order AND START ON HIS ORDER, before doing ours. We are standing there for 10 minutes, as we watch her make an order that isn't ours, her other co-worker came in and "tried" to help. They asked us if we wanted our "Doritos Locos" in a bag or box, we say bag-they proceed to ask US what comes in them??????? she said "what comes in them, is it the cheese & jalapeños or..."? WELL I DONT KNOW LADY, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW, you tell me, your selling this product?!!!!!. They told us "the lady who makes this stuff isn't here, that's why". It is not The place is pretty small, with a few different sections, Coolers line the walls from the side to the back and and the other side. There is a Carnenceria, Small produce section, a check out area, a Taco/Burrito stand and a section for Horchatas and Fresca's The food kitchen looked the best, it was clean and organized with bright LCD video menus. They sell hot food to go and had pan dulce, precooked cooked beans/rice & salsas and guacamole. Tortillas were by the carnicera, which I never understand why they put the most bought items in a busy section, there were people in line ordering meat and you can't get through or even look at the types/brands of tortillas you want.
