The pickup from our flight at return was effortless as well. They knew our flight number and texted us when the plane landed. There was a delay with the plane coming into the gate but we eventually got off, got our bags, and met the driver who described their vehicle making pick up easy. Excellent service and polite staff. When in Europe I received a message on my phone that my location of pickup had been changed. I had…read morenever changed my location and didn't have time to find out what was going on. It turned out that someone had heard I was taking Groome and decided that they were going to pick me up instead of the person I had planned to pick me up and the pickup would be at a different loation. I never okayed this and wanted what I had set up in the first place. I wrote a letter last summer to Groome due to my concern that my privacy had been leaked out and someone was allowed to change my reservation. There was no response to the letter. This is an extremely unsafe practice at Groome!!!

If taking people to the airport makes up 99.99% of your business, maybe you should have answers to some very important questions? I called them two weeks in advance, we agreed on the date, time and pick-up location, but 10 min. to pick-up time they tell me their driver hit a deer and there's no back-up plan. You know, they should've thought of a better lie, instead, and even had the nerve to suggest rescheduling the ride on a different date when I was supposed to get to the airport on that day. I will certainly file a complaint with every police station on a 500-mile radius, city halls, transportation boards, travel agencies and even the IRS to check'em up thoroughly, as I bet their finances aren't legit either, and make sure no one else in this country or broad will ever do business with them again. It's dangerous to have such bast"e"rds operate near colleges & universities having a significant number of foreign staff, students and visitors.
