Dalton answered the phone as we were in Stephenville and said to try a great things but bring it in if that didn't work. We took the car in and were seen immediately. They updated some software, did a thorough check and reset the warnings. In addition, they offered their courtesy driver, Ricky, to take us to a nearby restaurant. To top it off, everything was covered under warranty. Dalton offered to order a replacement part (also covered by warranty) but we weren't going to be there on Monday, as we live 4 hours away. They claimed to have fixed my son's car and my son and daughter went to pick it up. My son got about 10 miles from the dealership when all lights started flashing and car shut down on a busy highway. She informed me that they were very busy and that it would be 30-45 minutes before they would be able to dispatch a truck to my location. 10 minutes later I received a call from John @Longhorn Wrecker Service letting me know that Sargent's Wrecker Service had sent my call to him, so I wouldn't have to wait 30-45 minutes to be towed. John arrived promptly within the 8 minutes he had promised. He was very nice, greeting me and asking me if I was Ok. He promptly hooked my car up and loaded it on his rollback and secured it to transport. I followed him to my home and he asked where I wanted it unloaded.
