When they weren't actively dodging calls, they lied over and over again as to the status of the truck. The wreck was April 27, 2023. My parents got their truck back at the end of January. The very first thing we noticed--besides some missing exterior items--was a wheel that wobbled. The axle was still bent! The truck is now being examined by a different shop and my parents will be out of pocket for those additional fees to fix what Jones neglected to fix in the 9 months that they had it. The experience with Jones Auto Body has been an absolute nightmare stacked on top of an already difficult situation dealing with the aftermath of a wreck with a semi. These people did nothing but take advantage of my family in a horrible situation! Don't give them your business!

I stopped by Dent Quest to get a second opinion. All I asked was whether they could improve (not make perfect) my dents. The owner, Fernando, allowed as how he could improve the situation and said, if possible, I should leave the car that day. He promised to have it done by the end of the day. When I went to pick up my car, I was astounded at how much he had improved my dents. "Improved" is not adequate to describe the quality of the work he did on my car. I would say he returned it to original factory condition. I didn't think that was possible, but Fernando succeeded--and at a very reasonable price.
