The reviews are true guys, Ale Jr. is seriously a hair magician! I found this salon from yelp reviews and decided to go in last week for a blonde balayage. Mind you, my hair started as a very difficult canvas, super brassy brown from leftover previous color at the ends (violet!) with highlights and a blah cut. Not to mention I have a TON of hair. So so much. I went in for a consultation, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, Alejandro was super nice and took care to explain exactly what he could do to achieve what I wanted, plus added his own expertise ideas in. He sets expectations very well as far as how drastic a change I could get away with while maintaining the integrity of my hair, as well has how many hours it would take. And since he is a talented hair perfectionist he takes time on each strand making it perfect, so I was in there for about 5 hours for the balayage, hair treatment, toning, cut, and blow dry (Dani did my blow dry and she is also amazing!). SO WORTH IT YOU GUYS! I have never loved my hair more! Thank you so much Ale Jr! He also suggested a special shampoo to further tone my hair and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted. I recently had my hair done by Alejandro Jr at his salon and it was a wonderful experience. I gave him creative license with my hair and I ended up with a great cut and color. My friends and family love it and so do I. He does hair with a lot of passion and he makes you feel great about yourself. He takes time to know your hair and your budget and your maintenance level. I am new to the area and to be made comfortable in a business like that means a lot as a new resident. I am very pleased with my hair and Ale Jr. will definitely be my regular stylist for the foreseeable future. As a side note - I almost gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 for the pricing, but decided against it. I feel that the price was a little higher than I was expecting it to be, but it wasn't completely out of the ball park. If you aren't used to South Florida and it's luxuries you will find this and probably any salon expensive. This Salon is one of the best salons I've been in a very long time. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left I was shocked at how amazing the service was. They were super attentive and very helpful . They did my hair exactly how I wanted it. I had an appointment and Paola was waiting for me when I arrived. I didn't have to wait for her at all. Ale had a consultation with me and advice me on what to do with my hair color and gave me ideas on how to improve my hair, I really appreciated it because my hair really needed an upgrade stat. Because of his advice and Paola's outstanding job I came out of there looking like a total different person. This is my go to place now . The atmosphere is lovely, everyone is super sweet Luz the receptionist was great, I got lost getting there and she guided me and even went outside to get me. Two weeks ago I wanted to get a rose gold color in my hair. I did a great deal of research and found AleJr salon on Yelp. Thought it was worth the try so I went there and Ale gave a consult and told me all about the pros and cons about the bleaching and coloring. Made my appointment for Friday, he told me to get there with plenty of time so they could make sure that my hair looked amazing. Went there, Ale received me and at the time he was busy but he made sure I was well attended while I waited. We got my hair bleached and by the end of the day I gout out of the salon with my dream hair. Exactly what I wanted! I was really nervous since it is a color that not all hairstylists can achieve, but my hair looks amazing and all the products used made the least damage! Ask for Paola! Good with color, highlights and cut. Very happy with the way she matched my root touch up. Recently moved to area. Back home had the same stylist/hair colorist for 15 yrs. It is really hard for me to trust someone my hair. A have really long hair and I color and highlight it... but it is very important for me that it looks natural, smooth and silky. She found the best color match for my roots, I loved the very thin natural looking highlights (babylights) and she completely understood how to refresh my cut. Also very good and polish blowout. Very diligent, on time, patient, attentive, nice... she knows what she's doing, but is also very receptive and conscious of what you want... recommended!!! I love this salon for many reasons but especially because Paola always turns my visions into a reality. She's extremely detail oriented like myself and it shows in her work. We've gone from hot pink to all blonde and my hair is still extremely healthy and dry or brittle. For the first time in a long time I'm in LOVE with BOTH my cut and color. It's been a struggle to find a stylists that I think is proficient at both and certainly is! As a makeup artist my hair is a major part of my brand and I'm glad to call Ale Jr's salon my home. Nothing short of fantastic! Treated nicely from the get go. To making the appointment over the phone, to being received, to getting my hair washed (nice scalp massage, too!), to getting asked what I wanted and finally getting it cut by Alejandro, the owner. Yelp had a fantastic deal ($40 for $65 worth of services), and for a shampoo, cut, and blow dry, I only paid $10 after the deal. (Plus tips to the shampoo girl and stylist, of course!) The salon is in swanky Weston, but doesn't come across as snobby at all. It is a gorgeous salon, very clean and organized, and well laid out. I will be coming back here, and I will be telling friends and coworkers, too! It is a little hard to find as the storefront isn't visible from the parking lot. I love this salon!! We moved to South Florida from Oklahoma and I have been tirelessly trying to find a salon that was worth the price and happy with the final result. This salon met both expectations and more!! The staff is friendly to each other and to all the clients--even if your not the gal/gent they are currently working on!!! VIP service. Daniella did my hair. She is super sweet, very knowledgeable, patient and makes you feel at ease in the chair. It is obvious, she is passionate about what she does. I had a wonderful experience at AleJr salon. I am getting married in one week and I wanted to get a really good haircut before the big day. It was my first time there so I decided to schedule my appointment with Ale Jr. He was excellent! From the moment I sat in the chair he made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted to achieve. He transformed my hair! It now has body and movement. I couldn't be happier with the cut. TOP OF THE LINE! I had my haircut and highlighted at AleJr's by Alejandro Jr. and he and his staff did an amazing job. I do not know much about styling hair and had a lot of questions. Alejandro took 15 minutes to consult with me before we did anything. He was so honest about the pros and cons of each styles I was considering and their associated cost and maintenance. Everyone is so friendly and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. Alejandro is extremely talented and cares about his clients. I am so happy with my new cut and color. Went in for a short haircut (wanting about 4/5 inches off) and left absolutely loving it!! I had an appointment at 1 but when I got there i was asked if I wanted to have Alejandro (the owner) and I said yes. I had to wait for another 30 minutes but I was given coffee and water and well attended to. One thing I will note is that the website says $40 for a cut with Alejandro but it is actually $50. No worries though because he is fabulous! I have had long hair all my life and he gave me a cut just past my collarbones with beautiful layers in front. I left very happy & I would highly recommend this studio to anyone. read more

Where can I start... AleJr is amazing!!!!! He treated me like I was has friend for many years. I sent an email to his salon for someone to respond back to me the next business day, but no AleJr called me right away. I went to Alejandro for the 1st time this week. First, I have to say, everyone was so nice. Alejandro was very nice and did a great job listening to what I wanted and also giving me his ideas to make my hair look it's best. Kim did my blow out and my hair looks fabulous. In my past experiences at hair salons, I walk out with a great style but then I can't replicate it at home. That wasn't the case this time. My hair looks fantastic all the time. My hair is naturally curly and I never straighten it myself because the process is just too long for me. For Prom 2017, I went to the salon and Kim straightened and styled my hair. I was in love. Recently I decided to go back for her to blow dry/straighten/trim my hair for a concert. I was in love once again. She is so sweet, funny and makes you feel comfortable while she does your hair. I am not from the area so I was super nervous to go to a new salon. Danny did such an amazing job cutting my hair. I went in for a trim and we decided to take 6 inches off (the shortest my hair has ever been lol) and I am obsessed. She did a wonderful job and walked me through she was doing each time she moved onto the next step which I so appreciate. I would recommend her to anyone who goes to this salon!
