The second time I called him out he answered my text right away and we scheduled a time that would be convenient for me. He did a small job for me and it went okay. He charges $75 per hour. To be unlicensed that is steep. Having had my spouse recently pass, I called Aleks back to complete some small task. Instead, he took ALL my batteries and was gone for a few days. Then he gave me an estimate to complete the removal of the old shed. A second price for the building of the floor for the new shed. There was a third price to assemble the new shed. None of the prices included material which he did not state. That means this would be a forth price. His quality of work is good. His morality and business acumen is highly questionable. I told him no and to bring back my batteries which he did. I shared that I did not feel comfortable with the bait and switch. I designed and built custom homes in Northern Cal. Currently I hold my CPA license and a Ph.D in advanced accounting. Good luck if you are not familiar with the trades.
