had a horrible experience with this company their mouth is fill with lies and trickery unprofessional no communication. needed a car taken at the port for shipping well they said they took the car at the port I check with the port they told me the car was never brought there, so this company call me and said they cant find the address and they will take the car back to the yard, at first they charge me $450 just to take it to the port then charge me another $500 to take back to the yard and on top of that they start charging me $30 per day storage they say we normal charge $75 per day for storage which I know was unfair. in the whole matter they showed a don't care attitude . when they first pick up the car they told me the car rear wheel was seized up and the back wheel cant move and they would have to get a flat bed truck and charge me an additional $250 on top of the $450 I just paid them, no photos was never sent to me with the car on a flat bed truck only the the normal truck that pull the car. so I decided to hire another company to take the car away from them to take it at the port it was a Hassle getting the car back they lied and said the company that was to pick up the car don't answer the phone lies when the company went to pick up the car they told the company that the yard keeper just left for 5 hours they say that because the car was not there he had the car at another address so the company had to leave so I had to pay for the trip. the next day they said the car is at another location. so I called kendal and asked why you not gave them the car he told me they came with no money to pay the storage fee that was a lie. the company was given the storage fee money on the first trip they lied about taking the car back to the yard it was at a totally different address. to make an long story short the new company went again to get the car when they got the car they took it at the port that same day with no problems now I have receive the car in the Bahamas. so the part about the car rear wheel been stuck that was a lie. there was only two problems with the car a front right flat tire and a dead battery. other than that the car drives fine after the battery was replaced and the tire fix. horrible company dishonest. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My car broke down randomly and i needed a tow just 6 miles . Well, so I contacted Triple A & everything went smooth. Tow truck came about an hour later (which is fine) but anyways. Once my car was delivered the tow guy snapped my Valve stem & my tire went flat... (also he dragged my bumper on the flat bed when putting it down. With no care) I contact the towing company that took my car and they said "I can't help you, you called Triple A, not us " SO UNPROFESSIONAL. My car broke down at the worst possible moment! After contacting many companies with outrageous ETA's, the dispatcher gave me an hour ETA and to my surprise ended up arriving earlier than anticipated. Good customer service and driver was profesional. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, I always feel intimidated when it comes to these services, I never felt like I was taken advantage of or deceived which has happened in the past. Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. The lack of communication is astonishing. I had just gotten into a car accident and contacted AAA, which led to this company aiding me in relocating my car. I was told there would be an additional charge due to the milage, I agreed being in a bind. I was told the truck would arrive anywhere from 45-60 mins. The tow truck arrived two and half hours later. BECAUSE COVID-- I had a friend meet me so we could follow the tow truck without having to ride with them. *they state these polices when you call and request a truck* The dispatcher, Rosy (Rosie?) begins to call me stating we never paid for the truck... I explain to her we're following the tow truck and the truck hasn't even arrived to the requested destination and that I had paid AAA with my CC. I also reminded her of COVID policies and the fact the driver arrived with no mask. She continues to pressure me to either cashapp or zelle her the money, which again i state I would be using the same card I gave AAA and would happily pay upon arrival. When we arrive the truck driver immediately refuses to unload my car before paying cash. I asked him who was the owner of the business and if it was his wife calling me and pressuring me to pay over the phone. I showed him my CC and told him I was about to call her and pay the balance. His only response "yeah, and you told her I wasn't wearing a mask." THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL INTERACTION I DIDN'T need that night. Yes, they finally arrived and delivered my car. For that, they receive ONE star. AAA shouldn't continue to give them business since the TWO reviews they have are horrible and came with a AAA referral. read more
