If I could give zero stars, I would. This company towed my car and caused serious damage due to improper towing. Since then, my vehicle has struggled to accelerate and won't go beyond 50 mph. A mechanic confirmed the damage was caused by how it was towed. I contacted the company to resolve the issue and asked to speak with a manager, they told me I had to file a complaint on their website and wait 48 hours for a response. I've filed formal complaints with the BBB, the Florida Attorney General, Miami-Dade Consumer Protection Division and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Very negligent. This way you calm down as you're walking and after 5 minutes they call you back and tell you oh we meant another destination that is literally right around the corner from where you parked. The business didn't call them to have you towed they do this on their own volition solely to get you to pay them $101. This is an awful practice and they should be sued. read more

The most horrific experience I have ever had with a towing company. I used my AAA to have my 1999 Pontiac Firebird towed to my mechanic. My mechanic was polit and directed her were to onload my car. Well she complained about were she had to drop car off because it's was waiting her time and she was losing money. Well after a very poor job of aligning herself with the drop off spot she began to tilt flatbed to lower my car the she commenced to lower my car without putting my car in neutral or taking the e-brake off. Letting my car drag down ramp in park wheels dragging. Then she refused to listen to the skilled mechanics whom were trying to help her before she messed up my transmition. She went and sat in her cab 15 to 20 minutes before coming out and telling me she wasn't going to be talked to disrespectful. Well they weren't disrespectful but she was just plain ignorant and clearly did not know what she was doing. The dispatcher informed me he would call me back in 15 minutes. He never did and after an hour I called back. He told me they couldn't pick up until Monday, 3 days later and I agreed for an 8AM pickup. He said they could do it at 7:30 to 7:45 and I agreed. No driver ever showed up on Monday. I called at 8:30 AM and got a dispatcher who told me they "lines switch at 9AM" and he said he would contact the other dispatcher and call me back. No one ever called. I called after another hour and was hung up on after I gave my name. I called repeatedly, as we were leaving town that day and needed the car picked up, and no one would answer the phone. ... The most disgusting human beings I've ever had to interact with. Made me find someway to get to them at 3:30 am for my car , tell me a dispatch is 5 minutes out to open the lot and get payment for my vehicle , 15 minutes pass . Meanwhile I have keys and all my belongings are in the car and has Been for 5+ years.
