This office has really gone downhill since Dr. Winter's retired and TPMG took over. The office…read morestaff is horrible, particularly the office manager, Melanie Cayor. It is impossible to get a doctor to return a call. The staff is incompetent....they mess appointments up, don't answer the portal in a timely fashion. Sadly, Dr. Balderston has slipped, too. He has not followed up on important issues. Very frustrating and disappointing. I have been at that location for 44 years and am walking away. :( i would notbrecoomd that practice now.

After research, I saw Dr Bester and that my insurance (OptimaHealth) was accepted. Absolutely love my doctor and the nurses who work with her. Everyone is easygoing but looking out for your best interest. For example, I came for a simple prescription refill and during the routine check up she realized how much wax build up I had and offered to flush them out. Never heard of it before but they ensured me everything would be alright! And it was, definitely glad I got it done. Had an appointment at 7:40am on a Monday and was seen at my correct time. Not a long wait for the doctor and everything went smoothly. Everyone at this location are truly kind to include receptionists.

Dr. Garris is a favorite doctor of mine in that she supports a vegan lifestyle. Previous doctors…read morehave laughed and shunned the idea when I had health problems and told them I'd want to at least try it to see what happens. Dr. Garris was the first doctor who was supportive. She is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and able to breakdown information in layman's terms. The office can get rather busy and they can be a delay in waiting for your appointment. Who's is admittedly annoying. It's obvious they are overworked. However, I tolerate in exchange for a practitioner who's not just trying to shove the latest cholesterol pill down my throat. I marked her 5 stars because 2 doctors before her were adamant about giving me a cholesterol pill for life. However she stated it's a good thing I got another opinion since I am in my childbearing years and have never had a child those pills cause birth defects .

This was one of the worst experiences in a primary care office that I've ever had! First, the wait…read morewas atrocious -- my appointment was at 3pm (I arrived at 2:30pm), but wasn't seen until 4pm. As I waited in the waiting room, I observed the doctor and the front desk staff socializing instead of pulling me back. Apparently my time wasn't their concern. The nurse was friendly, but the facility itself was not very clean at all. Dr. Garris refused to give me a Rx saying it wasn't available even though it was! This meant that I would have to purchase it over-the-counter so it would not be covered by insurance. The prescriptions I was given were completely messed up and she sent me for testing and the orders took ONE MONTH to rectify. What a joke!!! I ended up switching to a different PCP and their office requested records. They REFUSE to send them unless I pay $12. This is not only ILLEGAL, but it disrupts the continuity of care. I work in the medical field and I have never seen a more pointless medical office. Shame on her! DO NOT GO HERE.

Not everyone is a cookie cutter patient and none should be treated like that even if they were. I explained my concerns to the receptionist the first time I called. She (can't remember her name, blonde woman in the office with a sweet Southern twang) is the reason I initially felt comfortable making an appointment. She was not in a hurry to get me off of the phone and she did everything she could to make the appointment soon and as convenient for me as possible. Dr. Riedler was the only one available as soon as I needed to get in. Initially she was not the doctor that I intended to see, but it takes six months to get into him so I opted for Dr. Riedler. My reason for not intending to see her was because someone had referred me to the other doc, not for any other reason. I just wanted to go to someone that had a good experience with a doctor. I figured I could always switch if I needed to. That didn't end up being the case. My first visit with Dr. Riedler was quite impressive. She took the time to listen to ALL of my concerns. She didn't rush through and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure that I had all of my concerns addressed. She didn't talk down to me and understood my stance on some issues. Dr. Riedler not only took a great deal of time with me, but she ordered a battery of tests to see what was going on with me. She is extremely thorough. She sits down with the test results and not only tells you what they are but shows you. She highlights any areas of concerns and writes suggestions for trying to correct those issues. She doesn't skim through the results. When she is sure that you understand everything and have no more questions, she makes her way to the next patient. Check out is quick and easy. If possible, they set up the next appointment for you when you are making your co-pay and you get a text almost immediately for reference.
