I am well aware that this is a teaching environment and, as an educator myself, I find that encouraging. I have only brought a couple people over here for different services and I had services done for cancer treatment. I was truly satisfied with my service. The building is beautiful the parking is terrible, sometimes you have to pay sometimes you don't sometimes you can get close parking sometimes you can't. This is a busy facility plus you have a children's hospital here you have a heart hospital and I think a sex change hospital here. PETA is JUST ABOUT across the street. It's near Ghent. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

I'm currently looking for a new doctor, not because I dislike the doctor I have, but because of how poorly every other aspect of the practice is handled. I would NEVER recommend EVMS to anyone. The ladies at reception are all very kind & professional. Gabby helped get us checked in this morning and was very pleasant & sweet to my little one. I appreciate how clean this facility is. The waiting room has plenty of seats, hand sanitizers & face masks available. They also have a TV playing kids shows to keep the littles entertained during the wait. I also appreciate that everything is in my chart if you're already a patient for CHKD & then the Primary Care Physician has access to the visit as well. I much prefer this urgent care over another due to their attention to children and warm environment.

She's amazing! Doctor Byrd did my knee replacement and I was happy with the results. He's was a very caring doctor! Doctor rezaie ordered an MRI for my shoulder. I will need surgery for rotator cuff, but I'm not ready for that. He's very kind. Doctor Campbell did my foot reconstruction. Everything went as planned. I love this doctor! After surgery he told my husband I'll be happy with the results. I'm post-op 5 weeks and I'm looking forward to being able to walk with no problems. All of these doctors are at the executive drive location, but most also work out of the Norfolk location! I'm very happy to have found such caring doctor!
