There was a time when I was so into Alex and Ani bracelets. In just a few months I bought about 50 of them. Now, they are in a box. LOL Why are they in a box? Well, they aren't sterling and they started to turn pretty quickly. I knew when I bought them they weren't real, so I'm not sure why I sunk so much money into them. But whatever. I'm not giving this shop 5 stars because of their bracelets, I'm reviewing the store because there are people who absolutely love all things Alex and Ani and if you are that person, then this is your store. I received the best customer service here. Can't remember the young lady's name, but she was so sweet and spent about 45 minutes with me showing me different prices... and ok, we were also just talking and talking and talking too. But still, she was really great! I was picking out which Disney bracelets I wanted that could only be bought at this store or at one of the Disney stores in the Parks or World of Disney at Disney Springs. I also almost bought a necklace while I was in here which was sterling silver, so that would have been a good buy. But we had just arrived for a 5 day mini vacation and I wanted to save the money for the Parks. Stupid. I should have bought the necklace. LOL Glad I'm writing this review because it has reminded me about the necklace and the fact Alex and Ani do actually make "real" jewelry. Next time I find myself at Disney Springs, I need to stop back in here myself. Not sure when will be though with COVID going on. I'd also like to add that there's plenty of space to move around in the store. They stay pretty busy, so you may have to wait a few moments for assistance (especially now because of COVID), but again, customer service is worth it. If you find yourself at Disney Springs, at least pop in here and check this store out, even if you aren't a huge Alex and Ani fan. read more

Store is closed, apparently they only open close to Christmas season and then gone last week of December. I got some presents last month (December2023) at Lake Buena Vista FL store (00059) and went back there on January 6th, 2024 to return them store was closed, lot was empty. There is no sign to re-open, Disney personnel confirmed its closed and no idea if Alex and Ani will get the spot again. Closest store is over 280 miles away. Transactions are for store 00059: 1. trans 7361 sale 000590027361 date 12/17/23 2. trans 7454 sale 000590027454 date 12/21/23 I need to return these items and get a credit back to credit card. Called 1-800-725-7822 several times, always getting a voicemail to send an email. Email sent and got reply that return must be made in a window of 30 days and only eligible for an e-gift card. All the store locations in the Tampa area closed so when we were at DS, I just had to stop in. I love me some A&A!! Store is pretty big and well laid out to allow enough social distancing between shoppers. When we visited, they were not limiting capacity but masks are required. We weren't greeted or asked if we needed assistance as all staff was busy helping other shoppers. I did really want to see a cross necklace however just ended up purchasing online. My daughter did find her some earrings which we ended up purchasing. The cashier was really nice and apologized that nobody assisted us during our visit, which we weren't complaining about -- just answering her inquiry as to if we were helped today. Will I be back....MOST DEFINITELY....their jewelry quality is spot on and I've never had any issues w/breakage or discoloration. read more

New and now open! It's clean and awesome. They also offer Disney exclusives here which are only found on Disney property. It was busy a it's there first day, but staff was still really helpful. They have tons and tons of options here to choose from. A lot of them come in both gold and silver so if you don't see it, ask! Overall: A Great finds and new! read more

This store has a pretty good selection especially of all the Disney charms. I had found what I wanted pretty fast and was ready to pay and was unfortunately ignored by some of the staff. But once a different staff member saw me she came and helped. She was super sweet and a pleasure to talk to. read more

Why yes the Disney locations has every Disney Alex and Ani you can think of plus more. This locations is always busy and crowded at peak times. This trip I purchased the elephant bracelet. The bracelets have become addictive so I think I did well with just purchasing one. I quickly ran out the store to stop looking and buying! read more

The nicest thing about Alex and Ani is their staff. For the most part, they seem to care about their product and brand. It does show. The interesting thing is as well, they do not have only jewelry. They have candles, imagine that. I ended up purchasing one called Phoenix last time and when I am in the area again, I might get the Nautical one. I was very surprised for sure. read more

Beautiful store. Max capacity is 41 people via fire code which is posted by the door. Customer service was good. Pleasant staff. They let you look, and poke around without hovering and swooping in as if your going to run away with the jewelry or some how destroy it by touching it. Offerings were great. They had Disney, Star wars, Aspca, NFL and many many other collections including their rings, charms ,copper and pretty much everything the company was know for. Another great store with great customer service. I went to this location after having gone to the Winter Park location with my daughter. I called first and spoke to Brenda to see if they had in stock what I was looking for. I was looking to exchange a ring I purchased in the Winter Park location that I just had to have that very moment but knew deep down I wanted the gold and not the silver. Brenda was amazingly sweet, went to check the stock and put it aside for me. She even made sure I knew which parking garage to park in and made sure I knew which way to walk when I got off the escalator. WHAT! Now that is how customer service works. I was greeted again the moment I walking in and it was genuine. I walked up to the register explained what I was doing and that I had spoke to Brenda and the salesperson although not Brenda, had my ring sitting waiting for me. The store was well organized and for me seemed large. Nice sales going on. I notice my salesperson had a few rings entwined on her finger and I asked her about them, her response was come with me and I will show you how I did it. I fell in LOVE. I've always seen girls wearing these but I've never owned one or been to a store before now. I can easily see how these can be addictive! This store is well organized and packed with bracelets. If you can dream it, it's probably a bracelet here. The prices are affordable as well. I came in here to purchase a gift; knowing exactly what I wanted I headed to the back of the store. Standing at the case, there was an associate restocking but she never acknowledged me. It took a few minutes for another associate to see me and ask if I needed assistance. He was great, asking if I wanted to wear it out but when I explained it was a gift he boxed it up. I will be returning and this time purchasing for myself! read more

I recently visited your Disney Springs location and eventhough your customer service was a delight I have to say that the store itself is not very well ventilated. For a place of business located on Disney property in the middle of summer and not have proper air conditioning is pretty atrocious. But other than that I love Alex and Ani. read more

I can't believe how pleased I am with this business. This specific store replaced my sunflower bracelet at no cost or hassle when the charm part fell out of its fastened bit. Customer service was great. My wife makes this a must-stop for all their unique disney bracelets. The staff is always helpful with recommendations and how to get the best deal. They told me they give a 20% discount for annual pass holders which is 10% more than any of the other stores give for same bracelets in different stores.
