Alex is a great photographer that I highly recommend! Honestly, I'm not a fan of having my picture taken, so this is pretty high praise for me. With an upcoming wedding, my (now) wife had been scouring the internet for possible photographers. After looking through a variety of photographers and their styles, my wife found some pictures by Alex that we both liked. We contacted him and set up a meeting. Interestingly, it almost felt like an interview for both of us, as we checked out more of his portfolio and he questioned us on our preferences and photography requests for the upcoming wedding. We ended up clicking well with him, as he's quite friendly. He even told us about the nerdy props he could bring for our photo booth, which was quite popular! During the wedding, Alex was patient and great at guiding us, which is something I needed a lot of help with. Even though my face was tired by the end of the night (seriously, I have troubles with my wife taking a single selfie), Alex was patient while still taking great shots. He had a lot of creative ideas for locale and what not, which made for some impressive pictures. Alex is a true gem. We found him listed on our wedding planners vendor list and after perusing through his website and having a chat with him, we decided to have him photograph our wedding! We are truly fortunate to have found a photographer that is not only great at his craft but very easy to work with (for camera shy couples) and flexible and kind. Alex and his team did an amazing job. He was willing to work with my budget for two days of photo and video. My husband is Indian and on Friday morning we had a Hindu ceremony. On Saturday we had a traditional American style ceremony and reception. I ended up cancelling a contract with another photo booth company due to some sketchy Yelp reviews about two months out and was worried about finding another reliable vendor in time. Fortunately, I was able to contract 4 hours of photo booth service through Alex at a discount due to booking photo/video for two days through him as well. I am SO glad we were able to add that on. The photo booth was a huge hit with our guests and they LOVED all the props. We appreciated that the photobooth came with an attendant in case people needed help. Alex is very professional and I love that you can view, sign, and pay your contracts online. All of his team was either on time or early. He also has your photos and videos online for download in addition to a physical USB stick presented in a beautiful box. He was professional, responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. I am very detail oriented and had a million questions - and Alex never failed to answer them in detail. Photo/video was the one area that I didn't want to skimp on because you capture those memories for a lifetime, and I'm really glad we went with Alex. I am so pleased with how all the photos and videos turned out. I really wanted a professional who could work in dark lighting for video as I was aware that my venue had somewhat dim lighting. A little late, but better than never! I had my wedding at Wayfarer's Chapel in PV, the views atop that hill is magnificent, anytime of the day. I wanted a photographer who had experience shooting there, and Alex did. We had originally contracted him to photograph only the ceremony, however, we asked him to stay to photograph our reception as well, and he graciously accepted, which was about 5 more hours of work for him. I was a bit anxious because I was choosing a photographer based off of zero referrals, but the second I spoke with Alex over the phone, I was convinced he would be my final choice. We have asked Alex to be our videographer at our up coming wedding this weekend.
