He was kind at first, but when we asked about the issues clearly visible in the pictures, hoping for resolution, he said it was his best work and treated us poorly. We remained respectful and professional throughout, though his behavior was unprofessional and upsetting. His response contains inaccurate statements that reflect his behavior, not ours.
