I talked to them prior to my appointment i stressed the importance of being gentle with my car when changing the tires especially on the rims. While the staff were polite, and the appointment was super fast, they definitely dinged up my rims a little. It wasnt enough for me to make a big fuss but I am definitely not happy. As I said I take great pride in my car. I have put so much work, love, and money into it and to have it treated without the care and detail that I would is disheartening. Although I did not get any services at this shop they were honest with me about what they could and couldn't do, they did give me some recommendations of what to do and where to start and some estimates if I didn't to go with them. They also gave me a note for my employer in regards to the condition of my car! They seem like a very reputable place, if I need services in the future that they can accommodate I would definitely consider going to their shop. The workers were very pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel awkward in any way! They were very transparent and nice and that's really hard to find in a mechanic shop nowadays ESPECIALLY as a woman so I thank them for their kindness, straight-forward advice and pleasantries.
