I have a pretty unique vehicle. Which i love. Like a lot. I take great care of my car so taking it to places to have maintenance done that I cant tale care of myself is always nerve wracking. I talked to them prior to my appointment i stressed the importance of being gentle with my car when changing the tires especially on the rims. While the staff were polite, and the appointment was super fast, they definitely dinged up my rims a little. It wasnt enough for me to make a big fuss but I am definitely not happy. As I said I take great pride in my car. I have put so much work, love, and money into it and to have it treated without the care and detail that I would is disheartening. I dont know for sure if I would give them return service after this. read more

We had a flat driving to Greensboro at about 5pm on Friday. Discount tire said they would look at it if we could arrive at the store before closing at 6pm. AAA came quickly, changed the tire and was able to make it. Discount Tire was able to access and fix the tire for free. Truly excellent service for an out of towner. read more

I went to Discount tire with my son. We drove separately, and I waited in the car. (He's practicing "adulting" He'd had his car about a year and had a flat. The man inside, gave him a good price, changed the tire, etc. but told him the other tires were in bad shape, so he should come back. A couple of weeks later. He went back. Asked what the man suggested. Gave him an amazing deal balanced the tires, did everything right. So many times you hear about people getting taken advantage of. But when they really listen to their customers, and do right by them, you just want to shout if from the rooftops! They made two lifelong customers that day. read more

I visited here at 11:05am on Wednesday to get my tires rotated. I bought a set of tires from the company, and rotation is free :) This is a new location. I had called prior to coming and was told it was be 45 minutes total, which was way better than the time I got with the High Point location that I was close to. Luther was the associate who assisted me when I arrived. I like how they have screens on the other side of the desk where you can see what's going on and check the accuracy of your information. This how I noticed they had the incorrect spelling on my street. Around 11:10am, I received a text message with a link to check the status of my vehicle. I went to the restroom around 11:20 and it definitely smelled like a new building. It was very clean and even had a baby changing station, which isn't typical for a men's restroom. There was both a urinal and a toilet present. They have an hand sanitizer dispenser and an automatic soap dispenser. The sink, however, wasn't very clean. At 11:30am, i saw them take my car to the bay to perform the service. My car was done and ready at 11:40am. The staff are friendly. I have no complaints! read more

My rating is based on a tire pressure check and fill. They were great and didn't begrudge me anything though they wouldn't be making a dime. I did buy tires here once, many years ago. I remember the service and prices as being excellent and fair. read more

The tire prices start out low enough but when the bill comes look for it to be much higher. They add several charges which drives the tire price MUCH higher....not disounted at all. You think your tires are rotated free....better look at the charge on the new tire bill. Great real! If they were doing things free they couldn't stay in business. The money comes from somewhere! read more

My experience here was excellent. I walked I at 3:30 on Friday because I my tire was leaking air. They were able to fix it in about an hour and a half. Reasonable for that time in a Friday. And it was free!!! What?! Anything like a plug, etc. is free! They offered me water and kept me updated. I'll take it! read more

I had tried a couple places that said they could not fix my tire. Other shops told me I would have to buy an expensive replacement that they would need to schedule me for in a week. Discount Tire was clean and comfortable with excellent customer service. They got me in and out with a repair. I decided to purchase a warranty plan. Fantastic communication and move around as fast as possible to get you in and out as fast as possible. It's easy to set up an appointment on their website. They text you with reminders of your upcoming appointments and during your appointment so that you're never stuck wondering when you'll get your car back. All of employees here give you constant reminders of "Hey! It'll only be 5-10 minutes and we will get you out fast!" They're so friendly and give you their honest feedback. Fantastic service. Needed help with my tpms sensor and both staff members I talked to were beyond helpful. No trying to upsell stuff I didn't want or need. Just fast professional service.
