He and his assistant arrived right on time. Installed both washer and dryer and moved them around so that the doors would swing the correct direction for easy access. They never…read morecalled me, I had to call them. around 3 in the afternoon, on Friday, 2 Technician's helpers showed up with no tools, just a meter. The made some checks and determined my system was "out of Freon." They left about 3:30pm. They were closed for the weekend. My house is burning up. On Monday I called them and they said someone would be out that afternoon. House is getting hotter. On Tuesday I called back and they said it would be Wednesday before they would be back. I made some calls, and was able to get someone to come out. They found my system was 2lb low on Freon. Serviced my system, house is fine at 74 Deg. I called Lovelace back and fired them. They don't care about the customer. They don't treat you like your business is important to them. The lady I talked to was very nonchalant the whole time I dealt with them. Do yourself a favor and find a good company that treats the customer right.
