He was at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Mike was incredible. I went from panicked and in a hot house to being able to focus on my wife and child in a cool house much faster than I would have expected. They have always told us specifically what was wrong, and took care of contacting the warranty company and got our unit fixed. I called them this morning and they were able to send someone out to unclog our drain pan and lines in the attic to prevent the unit from overflowing and ruin our ceiling in our den or kitchen. The cost was well worth not having to fix a ceiling and paint it. We appreciate them so much for that. We've had it happen before and it was a mess. It's best to notice things that your main appliances are doing to keep the cost down on repairs. Lovelace Services has always been great and worked with our time schedule. They came out and gave an estimate and then scheduled the repair. They were on time and the whole crew did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Why did I give 4 stars instead of 5? Because I asked them to leave the sewer cleanout exposed when everything was dug out and they said they would and that it might need an extension to bring it to ground level. But I get it, it wasn't in the original quote. At least now I know where it is. Are they expensive? Yes, but so is Blake Bros and Hiller and eveybody else.
