He never showed on Friday, due to multiple excuses like being super busy and having vehicle issues. We messaged all day about different times he would arrive, but and he never showed. He finally responded and said he would deliver it on Saturday morning. I did not hear from him on Saturday morning so I reached out at 10:22am. He said to give him 30 minutes and he would head my way. He never did. My friend reached out to him at 1pm that afternoon and threatened to report the washer stolen if it was not to my house by 3pm that day. It was finally delivered at 4:45pm that day by another person. The washer is still not fixed and having the same problem. Additionally, the delivery guy was unable to get the washer started, did not have the hose, and the washer was damaged. You can see where they tried to hide the damage by painting it. The paint was still tacky when it was delivered. Do not hire this guy for anything!

They never…read morecalled me, I had to call them. around 3 in the afternoon, on Friday, 2 Technician's helpers showed up with no tools, just a meter. The made some checks and determined my system was "out of Freon." They left about 3:30pm. They were closed for the weekend. My house is burning up. On Monday I called them and they said someone would be out that afternoon. House is getting hotter. On Tuesday I called back and they said it would be Wednesday before they would be back. I made some calls, and was able to get someone to come out. They found my system was 2lb low on Freon. Serviced my system, house is fine at 74 Deg. I called Lovelace back and fired them. They don't care about the customer. They don't treat you like your business is important to them. The lady I talked to was very nonchalant the whole time I dealt with them. Do yourself a favor and find a good company that treats the customer right.

They came back out and then said it was the door that needed adjusting and they would need to replace the slides. I asked him to check the drain. I was told that refrigerator had no drain. I called a different company which came out and found that the drain was stopped up. I have called and tried to talk to a manager four times. They were supposed to call me back still have not heard from them. I would like a refund of at least half of what I paid.

Then the tech showed up at 5:45 in the evening. Today the tech showed up an hour past the appointment time. I'm not blaming the tech here; he's nice enough and probably quite overworked. I'm blaming the company's workload management and operations scheduling. Time is money and I don't have time to sit around waiting, nor do you if you have a job. Try another company - they can't get much worse.
