They provided about 8 chairs for exterior gaming. On a hot day, I suggest putting up canopies for the "extras" you may order from them, plus guests (parents) who might want to hang near the truck. GameTruck: The truck/trailer needs at least 3 car lengths of space in front of a residence. Game selection was excellent across all platforms and satisfied 6yo - 14yo players. Cool mood-setting RGB lighting in the interior. Clean and excellent condition physical space and hardware. Mixed feedback from guests about the A/C but my b-day boy said he was perfectly cool. Service Acquisition: Business was conducted 100% over the phone. Told owner that my discovery and background knowledge was via Yelp. As such, service area limitation premiums $$ and travel fees were not referenced nor communicated in the procurement conversation. The business educated me about them after invoice was provided. For some reason the pretty Latin girl at the register is helpful and sympathetic as she goes out of her way to help us out. We are given directions to Pepe's with warm smiles sent our way and we are off with gratitude. I park on the street and find myself in a crowded colorful video rental store. Latin flags are everywhere. Movies, cell phones, phone cards, check cashing and bill paying services are all available and sold by bilingual staff. These guys feel me when I send my cash to Guatemala via money gram. (On sale today only $5 for every fifty sent!) My eyes are met with total and unconditional support when I say one word: "Refugees." I didn't need to say anything else. I learn that the cashier's sister is in Africa teaching and that his extra cash makes it's way to her. His sister is beautiful like the children standing next to her in the photograph that she is trying to save. It's easy to take our freedom for granted, to close our eyes to anyone different, to forget that we are in this shit together, we are cut from the same cloth, we breathe the same air and we bleed the same color, no matter where we came from. I am not just part of a country, state or city and neither are you, we are part of the human race and we are not winning this race when so many of us are losing. I bought another day for a family far away from freedom, phone cards for my friends to call me from and stock in my ideals that are not just talk. Pepe's is a place effervescent with compassion and the epitome of tolerance. I called and very politely asked a simple question of how much a ps5 repair typically costs for power issues. Like if the issue was the power supply unit how much does that cost, ballpark assuming of course they have fixed PS5 consoles in the past. He responded and said "OK put your PS5 on the phone dude" and started laughing, mocking me and getting rude for absolutely no reason like I was crazy to ask this question. If you want to say "prices vary" or something that's fine. But he chose to be an absolute jerk. And obviously has no actual experience or would rather pull you into higher prices than you could otherwise get. So instead he just chose to just be rude and mocking. I called back to tell a manager about the attitude (hardly ever do this) and same guy picked up the phone, pretended to be the manager and very sarcastically said "oh no please do go on." I was stunned. I have no idea how someone like this works in any job requiring customer service or any job at all really. Just a miserable, despicable employee that acts like a middle school bully. Very likely the same employee that the person in the review right before this left. Nobody should ever go to this store. There are much better options who treat customers with respect and are actually helpful like Game & Video right on Vermont in the same area.

When they scanned it, the price showed up HIGHER than the sticker price. Then, the cashier (who was helpful by the way to a certain extent) explained that they couldn't do a manual override. Then I asked if I could speak to a manager who was coincidentally on lunch... then I was told that she (the manager) stated she needed to email their DM for a price override. I was skeptical about it as it seemed that they wanted to sell the game at a higher price rather than the marked down price. I declined to purchase that specific game for the higher price as they should've sold it me for the lower price! I was told I could leave my info behind, but have not heard back from anyone They were not too busy but I wasn't going to "wait" around for a response as no one seemed to do anything else but wait for the "manager" to "email" their DM or OM. I went into the store and they were able to "sell" it to me but their reason behind it was that they hadn't updated the sticker for that very day i went in so they can replace it with the higher price. I've gone to other GS locations before and well, let's say I won't be going back to this one.
