I came as a new client for an up-do and was paired with Shannon (very kind and friendly). I was prepared with an inspiration photo and clearly stated I was looking for a more romantic loose style up-do. Shannon had to redo my hair twice because it was NOT anywhere near what I wanted. Honestly, the first style looked so horrible I almost cried. After she pinned it a second time, I was still unhappy but settled. I just truly felt like my photo was quickly looked at and I was given the standard up-do. After my hair, I went upstairs to have my makeup done. While sitting for my makeup, pins were sticking out of my hair. Shannon had left so I had to have another hairdresser pin me to prevent my up-do from coming undone. I'm posting my inspiration photo and the end result. I fully understand that I wasn't going to have the exact result as my inspiration photo but I find both hair styles vastly different. It's like mine started as very formal and the bottom an informal messy bun.

Peggy listened to how I liked my hair cut and did it perfectly, then remembered exactly how I liked it on my return visit, and did as good if not better the second time. First off, let me start by saying they do offer a quality service. The problem I have is with the…read moreshady practices they use when locking people into sales then including hidden installation fees. My wife went to them for a hair color and extentions. She was told she would need to put 660 dollars down for the treatment then for the extentions and then they would be installed the next week. We asked if there would be any extra charge for installation, and didn't receive word back nor did they say anything before they talked me into the appointment for her. A few days after the stylist got the extentions she then told us that it would be 120 dollars for her to install them on top of it.. I have done contracting and have run many of my own sales and estimates, and never has it been okay to get someone to make a major purchase of hundreds of dollars. Then later on hit them with hidden fees of hundreds more since they are already locked in for a large amount. That is incredibly disingenuous ​and an amazing way to loose customers instead of having repeat clients. There is no reason to not tell the total cost up front, if the client doesn't want to pay that. Oh well, someone will probably, there is no reason to hold back hundreds of dollars of extra fees for installation when you can just be up front about it just so you can lock in a sale.. thats bad business, and they have definitely lost mine.
