She was compassionate, responsive and sincere when I contacted her about correcting another person's work and all through our contact, up until our last texting. Our conversations made me feel taken care of and in good hands. The photos and reviews on her website are (mostly) great. She told me she does more corrections than initial liners. After two sessions with her I am sorry to say that she has the best of intentions but, in my case, did a very bad job. She didn't listen to me - twice - when I told her the liner wasn't even. (I showed her a picture from her own website as an example of what I would like. It's the picture below mine.) I went to her for a correction and to add the top liner. The bottom liner now looks worse than the original issue - and this is after the second session touchup that should have finished the corrections on the bottom. In our texting back and forth regarding this she said she could not understand why I came at her with such anger. She was right. I am angry. She also said that I accepted the results after looking in the mirror. She's right again - but ONLY AFTER TELLING HER THE BOTTOM WASN'T EVEN - BOTH SESSIONS - BUT BEING REASSURED BY HER THAT IT WAS AND IT WOULD EVEN OUT. It never looked right to me. I texted her twice after the second session about it not being even and she told it looked great and that I had to trust the process. I finally send her the "angry" text and told her I am getting a saline removal procedure to try to fix what she did and request a partial refund since the top line is OK. She responded that she offered a third session to fix this and that since I was so unhappy we should just part ways. I would not give her a third try after the second fail.

At approximately 9:45am my wife started experiencing severe chest pain So we went to the ER, and got sent back to a room which is where I'm writing this from. Our phones aren't getting reception, so I asked my daughter to call and reschedule. They told her to give them our credit card information so they could charge us a no show fee which is "about half of what the bill would have been". So they wanted a $100 no show fee. I understand they lost a slot, but sometimes true emergencies come up. To ask an 11 year for their parent's credit card info seems, at the least, sleazy at the least.

The salon itself is always decorated with seasonal items and is very clean and modern. They even have a fully stocked coffee and snack bar available for all customers. I really appreciated a hot coffee after my hair cut. The staff are all incredibly nice and you can tell they've worked together for a long time because they have a good camaraderie and easy flowing conversation. They are also very efficient. My sister and I wanted a quick trim, without a lot of product, and they were able to accommodate that with a quick wash and simple styling. My sister had also gotten an ombré highlight there before and it came out beautiful! Really well done considering we have tricky hair for dying (thin). Overall, I definitely recommend LuMonta for any hair cut/styling needs! It is good quality, with a great atmosphere, and very reasonably priced. Will be back again.

The makeup lasted long into the night and made for beautiful photos. The mother of the groom is not used to wearing hardly any makeup, loved her look and was not "over done" but done exactly for what was fitting for her and her style. Some bridesmaids opted NOT to do makeup with the stylist and to DIY but I would recommend all going with the make-up artist to lessen stress of them doing it themselves if they have a bad makeup day and ensure it is going to be long lasting, plus you KNOW it is going to look amazing! As someone who has lived…read morehere in Rochester for two years I've only gone to two other places one place it was one time & I never went back & the other place I've been going to for the two years I've been here. I'm very particular about my nails. But...I think things have changed. Here is the deal you cannot just walk in, it's like a secret society in a sense. Someone needs to tell you about him they give you his card or information you can call or text him for an appointment. His time like your time is valuable so be prompt it's good for you and good for him. Also it is CASH ONLY... now when you go to this location to give you an idea where he is it's the strip mall area that has Thai Mii Up. Plenty of parking so no qualms. When you get into the salon, it's a big airy place, they have places to sit and etc. I was greeted by the staff and told them I was here to see Quang. He has his own space, he does manicures and pedicures. You can do gel manicures, a regular one, get acrylics and etc. He uses Gelish for the gel manicures along with another companies polishes. He's tidy and precise with his work. His space is tidy as well. It's obvious he enjoys what he does and has loyalty from his clients. (Cause I had to wait for an appointment no joke!) So, here's the deal.. I have my own natural nails, with that; with nails being done, abuse of them and medication give you weak nails. My issue also I have acrylic over one nail due to an accident awhile back and the nail either grows back on its own or when it splits it splits. Now he was honest with me no hard core push or anything but in his professional opinion it was time to do something for a bit to give my nails some strength (yes I take vitamins and etc) so I have a acrylic on my thumbnail I now have them on all my nails. Listen I've never done it before.. to be completely honest; from what I know from other people it is not a inexpensive undertaking. Well... it was very reasonable and anyone who gets gel manicure's you know how much that is between $25-40 on natural nails.. now I got the acrylics and a gel manicure, if I got a regular old school manicure w: acrylics it would have been less. So for this visit it was $20 more than I would pay for my just gel manicure, in this case I got everything done and when I come in next time it's priced accordingly. Now dear reader I can't give you a "price list" since it would depend on what you get but to give you an example price wise between $25-50+ depending on what you are doing. He is seriously precise and does something different when he takes off the gel manicure that I think is easier on your nails. Now he does your nails beautifully, gives you cuticle oil, rubs it in.. checks over it all. Tells you gently not to pick at your nails, use hand cream & etc. Than when your done you can make another appointment while you are there than you go on with your day. While he was finishing his next client was waiting. So, in closing I made another appointment, I now have new nails!! So to be honest go to him if you have acrylic or natural nails. He has a relaxed demeanor and he's an absolute master in his field. He's worth it! Bravo. Go!
