They are always very prompt and so easy to pick up in the grab and go area. Because my print jobs are always ready the next day, I didn't even bother to check for a "job completed" email. When I arrived one hour before store closing, my order wasn't there. There was an employee in the print area cleaning up. He checked my order for me and said it will be ready the next day because of the large queue of jobs. However, he was so kind to offer to print it for me if I didn't mind waiting. I appreciate his thoughtfulness because it was one less errand I had to do the next day and I know he was busy shutting down. Great customer service like that is special.

Located at the Waimalu Plaza, besides Office Depot, you can find the other businesses like - Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union, Safeway, Paesano Ristorante, City Mill, Pancakes & Waffles, and Red Wing Shoes among the businesses here at the shopping plaza. I worked with Janai, and she was great. They didn't have it in stock, and actually no one on island did, but she went the extra mile and found it $40 cheaper online and told me right away. They price-matched it on the spot, and we got it ordered to be delivered straight to my door in about nine days, which is perfect. She also let me know that if I find it cheaper anywhere within two weeks, I can bring my receipt back and they'll match it again. They even let me use my rewards, which was a nice bonus. I asked her if he could call me when he gets in and she tells me to write on a piece of paper my name and phone number. Which I did I gave it to her. This was on Saturday 2/7/26 and as of today 2/9/26 no has called? If you buy a computer from Office Depot, don't expect to get any help if your computer goes down, better to shop at Best Buy or Apple at less they have a counter that if you talk to them them can suggest or help you with your computer problem! So sad because we do buy a lot of office equipment and supplies from them and after this experience, need to go elsewhere where they can provide service!

Was a bad thing...not necessarily as this spot is a bit smaller than the Office Max in town I was still searching for a receipt spindle and hoped that maybe this location had it and the nostalgia as I walked in as it all pretty much remained the same but unfortunately browsed around and didn't find it...sigh! I went inside and oooo they're selling my favorite items to buy - stationery! Found some Pentel pens for less than $1.50 each and I don't have to buy a whole pack like what amazon sells. The pen writes really smooth! Also got a no sharpening pencil with French fries character on top for my son. Then there's a small Casio pocket calculator for less than $3.50. They also got some Hawaii souvenirs like reusable shopping bags. The store is not small and I hope to spend more time inside next time to browse what else they have!
