Everyone involved in the process, including my lender and my real estate agent, expressed concern about her failure to communicate the deal terms with the seller's attorney. She initially misinterpreted the deal and used confusing terms that caused the seller to consider canceling the contract. Throughout the process, she failed to communicate with us and made assumptions instead of clarifying important details. To make matters worse, she didn't even understand the type of loan we were using, my lender had to educate her about it after she had already made a major mistake. I deeply regret not acting sooner and finding someone else before the deal fell through. After hiring a new attorney, even the seller's attorney commented that they wished I had been working with my new attorney from the beginning. Unfortunately, by then it was too late.
