I have called for 6 weeks, and when I finally did get my itemized statement, it was wrong, and I had to do it all over. I kept being told they were behind and they would get it to me when the doctor entered his notes and billing was done. I tried to get the number for the "billing department", but I'm not sure there even is one. I am so very frustrated that even though the doctor was good, I would not recommend this practice due to the office staff.

If at any moment she would have said I'm making this an appointment I would have immediately hung up and wasted my time at an urgent care. It's embarrassing as a nurse to know this is how a nurse practitioner chose to behave and treat patients. Find yourself a provider that wants to help you cause it's not her. Due to standing up for myself as O'Donnell encouraged me to do so, Sarah kicked me out. This was after being told several times they would talk and that Sarah would reach out to me. I've since found a new place that isn't ran by a shady person. If you have hormonal issues don't waste your time with an MD or Endocrinologist. Office appointments are not covered by insurance but lab work is and it's worth the out of pocket expense to regain control of your health. Phoenix Integrative Medicine offers all of those lovely aesthetic treatments like botox and dermal fillers, HCG etc. While I don't use those services, I would be comfortable referring someone to them with the experience I had.
