He's a very pleasant men.... I just received a call from his office... the manager told me that my last appointment was cancelled by me 18 months ago, it was my 3rd appointment with Dr Marshall, so they will no longer be willing to take me as a patient, because I had cancelled my last of 3 appointments, telling me that the patient Dr care had been interrupted/lost... I asked her if she even knows my case, what is she basing her assessment on... It was the most bizarre upsetting conversation. She just flat out said he will not be able to see me. Instead of her asking me why I cancelled my last appointment, which I am recalling was due to my not having my blood work done yet and it was a follow-up... My original bloodwork was fine and Dr Marshall basically in so many words told me I had nothing to worry about...
