Was stranded on Highway 90 at night. Even though he made me wait a couple hours he was the only person that helped in the whole town.

Don't ever call alexander cab service. All they try to do is get over on you, and take your money and add imaginary extra charges. I live in new Iberia I work in new iberia, i got charged 12 dollars for a 6min drive (which is had to pull out my GPS for). I was told the price is supposed to be 10 or less depending on where i was going, but got charged 12 and got told it was a extra charge bc its out of new Iberia. When to the wrong address then flew by the wrong address a street over. Then flew passed the correct address as I was standing by the road going well over the speed limit. I immediately call and was told they can't come back because they are to busy now and to find someone else to come. Lost my business forever. read more

Worse taxi ever. I called and scheduled the taxi to pickup my husband from work and bring him to mine so he could pick up our car. .. I gave the woman who answered the addresses, even going into detail and it was only a small bit past the senior high school. They dropped my husband on the complete opposite end of admiral doyle ...charged him even though he wasn't dropped of where requested... and just left him there. I had to leave work to go get him.
