The hostess at the desk was very friendly and gave us solid recommendations for gas. Thank you! We were near a beautiful lake. But the area we were in was very, very tight. Our picnic table was literally on top of the neighbor's sewer hose. (See picture) This is the older area to the park, I believe the newer section has more room. If you're staying longer make sure you ask for that. The pool was very busy, lots of fun happening.

The pond offers a nice walk with the cement sidewalk. Also, this resort is right across the street from L'berge Casino which may also appeal to your entertainment desires. Only reason for not getting five stars were the fire ants. Although the staff treated my site after I reported it, it didn't do the job. Still had ant problems, which isn't good for me or my dogs.
