When Nelson came to our house, he was able to present all the products (and colors and fabrics/materials and options) in a clear and understandable manner. He was able to help us visualize different options up against our windows and walls. Once he took all the measurements (and even showed us how some of our windows were not square - but he had no worries as he had plenty of experience with it) and we decided what we wanted, he was able to give us a written estimate on the spot. Long story short I never thought to install a hurrican laundry room..ohh wait they don't even make those. So I was just looking for panels just to past insurance reduction. These guys gave me a price that blew my mind( in a good way) It was refreshing to here a honest company. It blew my mind because the price he gave me was so great thinking it was for hurrican panels.
