Our teen boy hit a fist sized piece of road debris and went down hard, bouncing off of the guardrail. A quick call to 911 and the Team from Station 41 arrived on the scene in less than 5 minutes. They quickly assessed the boy and we decided a trip to Fair Oaks was in order. What really surprised and impressed us is when they offered to take our bikes back to the station so we did not need to worry about them. Mike, the EMS supervisor then offered to drive dad all the way to Manassas so dad could pick up a vehicle while mom went off to the hospital with our boy. They made it so easy to focus on what mattered the most, the health and safety of our son. Thanks to the Team at Station 41. We did not learn all of the names to thank you each, individually, but we are grateful for your compassion and expert care.

I talked with a woman named Francesca, we discussed what I saw and experienced at this motel and... No, what actually  happened, is me speaking to an answering machine  and leaving a recorded message.  Yeah, nothing fancy or amazing about this, but it might get the ball rolling if this Osha office in Virginia Beach isn't shut down, because of The Coronavirus Outbreak.  Nevertheless,  this is just round one of getting in contact with them. When I first head of Osha, i was lead to believe these people were the scariest inspectors you don't want showing up at your business.  If they do show up, you might have already messed up royally.  This is what I heard when I was getting training as a pool operator with Century Pool Management.  Months later I was working at a pool when a lady for Osha walked in. I realized who she was, but wasn't nervous. Apparently someone was highly pissed off at what was going on at the pool with another lifeguard and called Osha.   The Osha lady had inspected what the complaint was and found nothing wrong. She did find something else wrong and informed me about it. I got the issue taken care the next day. Up until now, this is was my only contact experience with Osha, but now it will be my second.

They do have a gift shop of sorts, but they do not sell water--just an fyi. They give a guided tour and it was so very neat! They tell you all about the money printing process from start to finish, how to tell the difference between real vs counterfeit. They discuss the reasons that bills change every few years. I even wrote a note telling them to make sure the package stays in the post office for obvious reason, just in case. - The next day (May 7th, around 2:15pm) went to pick up the package here. Took them few minutes finding my stuff. An older Middle Eastern lady employee at the counter told me, the package is currently in transit for redelivery. I got furious right away, explained to her simply what I did online, PLUS pulled off my phone right at her face showing USPS confirmation email "We've received your request to pick up your package at a Post Office" - My request was plain and simple with a clear proof. That old lady pretty much ignored everything with ice cold expression and said "We are redelivery your package as you requested online" But if I chose redelivery option then she would've receive the date I wanted the carrier to redelivery my package. But it was pointless to continue arguing so I left. As a result, my package didn't even show up at all that same day. Of course. - The next morning (May 8th, 9am) I went to US Post Office here once again but right when they opened. They located my package within a second without any problem. That's the way it should be. But the main problem remains. Redelivery on the website is absolutely horrendous. Even when you choose an option "customer picks up". The automatic confirmation email will say customer picks up. BUT on the article detail it says requested REDELIVER as well as update on tracking number of your package, it will say "Redelivery Scheduled". So the best 0 star award goes to that older lady with ice cold attitude and her immature customer service, well deserved. ** One very positive note, an older Indian lady employee named Tika was the one helped me out with my package (May 8th, 9am) She was outstanding and very friendly. With good faith, I first stepped into this office on SEPTEMBER 3, 2025. The insurance agent I was assigned to seemed very nice, & competent enough to solve my concern of finally obtaining 2 life insurance policies to be placed in my name, and subsequently cashed out. I went into this situation knowing entirely that it was going to take some patience & perseverance-on my part & my agent. However, I never dreamed the process would take almost 4 MONTHS, with no updates or guidance on where my payouts were. I was told I needed a "small estate affidavit", & that this may be a process I have to get the COURTS involved in?? I had to go so far as reaching out to my family lawyer, who settled my grandparents trust ( to whom I was a beneficiary), and even call my uncle who was executor of the estate to "open it back up again", to get the information that was needed. That was NOVEMBER 25, TODAY.. is NEW YEARS EVE AND I STILL HAVE NO PAYOUT. I have called the office repeatedly, almost daily for a week, with no one answering the phone. I told the agent I really needed this payout to help with dental surgery I desperately needed. I am now without 4 teeth. This office has left me no other recourse but to try the Bowie office; maybe there I'll get some results.

I hate going to the USPS offices! Mmmm , then why the 5 stars?…read more Because this is my favorite location and the best ever! One Employee is there usually when I visit, yet the employee there always happy , friendly and doing his job perfectly fine! I never had to wait so long! Barely even a short wait! He will even talk to you if nobody is after you in the line! Plus the location is small, cozy and has the old town feeling and carry the charm of Old town Clifton! I'm lucky that I'm 7 minutes away from this location and I always try to go there! The only issue to be careful of is that they close for a break between 1 pm & 2 pm and if you forgot and still went go get coffee and dessert from Motier or Clifton Cafe ! I'm serious! lol If you live nearby, or a little further, you will love This location! Go use it, be nice to the postal clerk and enjoy his nice conversations !! Oh !! And don't forget ...... to pray for me ;)
