Lisa assigned Victoria and there are not enough words to describe how terrific she was with my two puppies. Victoria cared for them, played with them, watched as they swam numerous times daily, dried them, fed them and went to the market to get them their fruit snacks. She totally followed the detailed schedule I had provided and Victoria sent me multiple daily updates, along with pictures of my two puppies. In addition, to caring for my Goldens, Victoria cared for my home as if it was hers, with great care and respect. How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.

Before Paw Play, he spent all his time at home and would get really overwhelmed and anxious in public - especially with other dogs. We'd dread seeing other dogs during walks because he'd let out a high-pitched squeal that had neighbors running outside to see what the heck was going on. After just a few months in Paw Play, we noticed his anxiety had dramatically decreased. He'll still get excited to see other dogs but is much more tolerant and will often just sniff and keep on walking. It's a miracle! We know he loves it and we love having a super tired pooch at the end of the day - clearly he's getting lots of exercise. Hunter gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and especially when he sees "Miss Barbara" his "teacher" at Paw Play. Barbara is super sweet, easy to work with and really responsive via phone and e-mail. We receive emailed photos once in a while of Hunter playing and he even came home with a Christmas Candy Cane over the holidays. Paw Play would get a "Pawfect 10" if the hours were a little more work friendly. The closing hours range from 3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. which is tough if you don't live and work nearby. An extra bonus would be a webcam we could dial into to see the pups at play.

Gigi was SO amazing! She followed up immediately when I contacted her from NJ, meet us and our boys on our tight schedule and took expert care of our cats (including medication) twice a day for 16 days. Our cats were calmer and completely settled into their new home despite us only being together for 5 days before we left. I don't think that amazing level of calm and happiness could have happened without Gigi. We already planned 4 more trips with her and I know the boys are looking forward to spending time with her.
