I was able to email him, and he actually emailed back in less than an hour, understood that was my only communication, and let me know his timetable of arrival. Once he arrived, he was very reassuring, as I am a mobile, but physically disabled person, and explained everything he was going to do. Including extracting the broken end of my key and creating a new one from the broken pieces. He then went beyond and oiled the locks on both my house and garage doors, as they were quite hard to unlock. Especially the garage. It's incredible how easy they unbolt now. Plus, he explained how the narrow part of the key helped weaken it, too. He definitely has a forever customer, now! And I certainly plan on spreading word of mouth!

When the locksmith arrived, he was condescending and rude, like we were the problem for needing help in the first place. After waiting that long, the last thing we needed was attitude.
