Toni provides top-notch knowledgeable, thorough and friendly service to all of their customers. In the back of the store is a mechanic stop where Rick can repair just about anything. I've had numerous, major repairs done here. Rick is always honest and works hard to repair boats. I've asked for some services that he blatantly told me I don't need and that I'd be wasting my money. This type of honesty and trust is what keeps me coming back, along with his ability to fix boat engines. Once he fixes something, it's fixed. It's not like Mavis where you're going back 3x until they get it right. The turnaround times for repairs is fast, but obviously the peak seasons (spring and fall) can get backlogged. Toni and Rick bend over backwards to make sure every customer that walks through their doors leaves satisfied. This is an old-school business which you don't see much of any more.

They also have a small inventory of props in the store for sale. This has saved our butts a few times, where we were able to salvage a job where a destroyed prop would have normally sidelined us. When your livelihood depends on your boat, these are the guys to have in your corner. I suggest that you buy your spares form them and develop a relationship before your first crisis.

"You really need to leave, the park closes in 15 minutes and it will take you 20 minutes to walk to the exit, then we need to wait for you to be picked up." Like excuse me? I can understand if we were 15 minutes after close but it surely didn't take us long to exit? In fact, we exited exactly at close. They will swarm you with golf carts, making you feel extremely uncomfortable and then treat you as if you don't have legs to walk yourself out. As someone who has frequented storm king year over year, with a membership, I expect more from this establishment. Bunch of mall cops exerting their authority. Surely there's other people tripping out into the abyss that they can channel their agro energy towards. Really gross and again, unnecessary. We shouldn't have to refuse 5 golf cart rides to exit the property, our legs work just fine - no means no. To whomever employees these miserable human beings - I implore you to hire staff who don't take their jobs too seriously. Poor Operations Planning = Not a Good Experience…read more My wife and I visited on July 5th while on a long weekend Hudson Valley excursion. When we arrived, we saw it was a First Friday admission-free day. It was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, it was an extremely hot and humid day. My wife had to use one of the porta potties lined up outside the entrance. She came out saying there was no toilet paper in several she tried. There was also no hand sanitizer. There is a tram that picks up every half hour at designated areas about the grounds. It became evident that Storm King operations folks did not consider the larger than typical numbers that would be attending. Seriously, it's a free Friday over the 4th of July weekend and there wasn't a thought about how to handle the swelling attendance? Storm King operations team needs to run better staff meetings. Large numbers of people in numbers between 12 - 15 swarmed about the tram stops with the hope of getting a ride in the scorching heat. At best, 1 - 3 seats would be open with each stop. That meant that people had to wait another half hour and sometimes more for the next tram. Many of them waiting were older people or very young children not capable of walking great distances. We got two seats at the first stop and were subjected to the driver barking at people not to change seats. As this driver made stops, he would snap "we are stopping for 17 seconds, don't change seats." Not very welcoming. It was also shocking that the museum housing the Arlene Shecht exhibition and gift shop had no air conditioning. What design visionary thought of that? I wonder if it is heated in winter. A brief respite in an air-conditioned room and reliable tram service would have made a difference in our visit. Instead, we stayed short of an hour feeling it not worth the physical exertion. A simple bit of extra planning would have likely made this an enjoyable visit and fuel the desire for future visits. The planning wasn't there and neither was a good visitor experience.

The next day Matt returned and informed me that two rims suffered some damage in transit- he installed 3 tires and returned to Newburgh. The following day a pleasant gentleman returned with the remaining two rims and tire- quickly completed the install. They're a little behind the times technologically speaking in terms of payment methods but it is what it is. As of yet I still have not received my receipt that was promised to me- that would be texted. I just returned from a quick test ride and I can feel the difference in my ride. Armani Wheels was able to remove the curb rash completely, straighten the rims, and make repairs to a crack in another rim. I am satisfied with the work.

The place I used to go was just a total ripoff but it was close to me. I looked for a new place instead of driving to the Bronx. Dock here at your peril. transients are docked on the floating breakwater. yes- this is a dock…read morebut very substantial which means waves do not pass under the dock they roll along the front and can be big even in moderate winds. the Dockmaster calls it "roll-y". it's way more than that. it's violent hobby- horsing and your boat can end up on the dock. locals admit than boats shouldn't be out there. I'm a licensed captain with a masters. a south wind of any size can be dangerous because of the long fetch from the south, and the poorly angled floating dock- jetty. the Dockmaster could see as we were docking that we were trying to tame the beast and he just walked away. yes- I should have left but other circumstances prevented me from doing so also- and teenage party errupted at 1 am directly across the dock from our boat. Again- I'm experienced, you'll regret ignoring this advice

I've docked my boat at Riverfront's guest dock on numerous occasions to visit my friend, who has…read morehis boat docked here. Coming from the nearby Gull Harbor Marina, I'm quite jealous of the condition and atmosphere of Riverfront Marina. The only thing holding me back from Riverfront, which is more of a matter of personal preference rather than quality, is they have no breaker wall. I watch some of the smaller boats bounce around in the marina like swimming pool toys and I enjoy the tranquility of the barges used as a breaker wall at Gull Harbor (that's about all I like about Gull Harbor; see related review). Whenever I pull up to the guest dock at Riverfront, I am almost always greeted by at least one or two girls offering to grab my ropes and assist me in docking and tying off. They are always friendly and very courteous. The condition of this marina absolutely amazes me. The docks are in immaculate condition. You can comfortably walk around your dock barefoot if you wanted to. Everything seems to be well maintained. There were times when I was at my friend's boat when I noticed the girls were out clearing some minor debris from the water surrounding the docks and some of the boats. They obviously care about their customers and keeping the boats free of debris. The office usually appears to be staffed. Any time you go there during business hours, somebody is usually in the office. If you need something, there is always somebody around you can contact. The prices here are reasonable and in competition with the others. The location is also prime if you're into the nightlife at the Newburgh Waterfront. Parking can be a little tight. Having so many people around makes it seem a little more safe. The nice part about them not having barges surrounding the place is it makes for a great view. The downfall is when the river gets rough, sitting out on the dock isn't all that relaxing. If they'd install a seawall around the marina, this place would by far be the best around.

Normally there are 75 to 90 people on board, we had a total of 14 and had the boat pretty much to ourselves.
