So now Miguel charges you to use your credit card and a hefty fee or you can pay Miguel cash so Miguel does not have to declare it as income "right into his pocket" "under the table". I don't care for people who would abuse my trust. I did trust them but I don't patronize this establishment any longer. Very sad Watch out for Miguel's dishonesty.

This is my third and final experience with Derham. The first two appointments were cancelled by…read morethem the day of, because (despite making clear that I didn't want to wait around) I was told I would have to drop the truck off for an entire day. No worries, I booked far in advance for a 0730 appointment, their 'first of the day' so I could wait with the truck. Upon arrival, closely-bred Man Baby approaches me from the back complaining, asking "what am I doing with a plow here". I said oh no worries, it drops with just a couple of cotter pins and would he help me, as I just had surgery. A copious amount of whining ensued, followed by instructions to "come back without the plow". I asked him again what the big deal was, we just needed to drop it, that it takes all of 30 seconds, but he shook his jowls and continued complaining and walked back to the safety of his alignment area. They may be one of the few games in town but they aren't the only one. Such deplorable and indifferent customer service will catch up with you someday! You can't do that to people without the eventual repercussions.

The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. For any future wheel issues, I'd be go back to Silverstar without any hesitation.
