Unfortunately the manufacturer had the tub we wanted on backorder which led us to go elsewhere, however I wouldn't have known what to buy if not for these guys. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

It's important to note that we have the designer a design to work off of and she tweaked it a bit, but it's 90% the same layout. Anyway, we get a call from the owner saying he will NOT refund the $10,000 deposit (they originally pressured us for $20k, thank god we didn't do that), but that he would consider giving us $2,000 back and If I don't like it I'll have to sue him. He mentioned he already spoke to his lawyer and even if we dispute it with AMEX, he e knows he will win (it sounded like he has done this before and knows how to play the game) We did of course dispute it through AMEX, notified the BBB and also emailed the CEO of FABUWOOD sharing the deceptive practices of this company and will tag on IG/X It feels like we are getting scammed here - Do not give this company any $ and it looks like many of their Google Reviews are fake / paid for , also check YELP and FB.

They did a gut renovation to our kitchen during the pandemic. Which was not an easy task. They transformed our dated galley kitchen into an absolutely beautiful, more functional kitchen. There was a manufacturer issue with the cabinets & they contacted them immediately. Then came to our home with someone from the manufacturer to point out the issues & make sure they were resolved. And this was after we paid them in full. Fast forward to today & they came to our home to resolve an issue with one of the cabinet pulls within 24 hours of calling them to explain what happened.
