Everyone in this office blames someone else for the businesses shortcomings. The supplier says there is "supply chain issues." The manufacturer confirms there's not. The RT doesn't return calls, it unfamiliar with the ventilator I am on and when she does respond, typically takes 3-5 days to come fix whatever needs to be adjusted. I've received 4 orders from the company. The first three contained wrong parts. The 4th was a partial order. They try to avoid raising questions by telling the patients that orders might be shipped separately. But the order is not shipped if it's not properly ordered. Apria still hasn't given access tomy doctor to see the device or to have the software to analyze the data. I have spoken to people at the national level. I spoken to the manufacturer of the device and they say it's an Apria issue. Avoid like the plague for ventilator supply and support. If They don't care enough to solve problems in 90 days, they are not going to care enough to fix things with constant prodding from the doctor's office and the patient.

Then, they just extend it over and over with no basis to believe when they might get it. They give you a short delivery date to get your order, then give you new dates over and over to hold your order and may go months with no real expectation of delivery. In the context of critical medical supplies, its flat dangerous and can hurt people. Then when you try to communicate with them, you can't and they just keep sending illusory expected delivery dates. Protect your loved ones! Get your medical supplies from someone else.

They called me as soon as they recieved my authorization and said they'd put my order through to their HQ in San Diego which would call and confirm the order. Nothing but trouble from there on...played phone tag for 3 days with a customer rep "Tiffany" who confirmed my order after all the phone tag, then called me the next day saying they'd need to get an authorization...WTF? Doesn't the left arm know what the right arms doing? They only reason I was called in the first place is because LifeCare Solutions in Pasadena had recieved my authorization. Just horrible, horrible service from the San Diego office. Too bad they're pissing off all the other offices long time customers. Request a different medical equipment provider from you doctor/insurance if you can. Unless you can stand the run around and delays, DO NOT USE LIFECARE SOLUTIONS.

That said, I love that they have everything and the prices are genuinely reasonable. This location is my favorite because both the staff and the shoppers are noticeably friendlier--even during peak rush hour, which says a lot. My only real complaint is the organization. I'm terrible at finding things, and when everything seems to be next to everything else, it turns into a bit of a treasure hunt. Thankfully, the staff always know exactly where everything is, which saves me from wandering the aisles.
