After years of being a weekly customer, I had the audacity to ask why this location, and only this…read morelocation, has a horrible selection of flower. They offer sales and discounts on products they don't carry. This location won't keep ounces in stock. They inflate the prices of the smaller products. And everything else. This location is about 10% more expensive than the other locations. The next closest location( that does keep the selection current and available)won't deliver to my area. They will not order for a customer. If they don't have it, you're SOL. The staff's knowledge of product and inventory is nowhere to be found. And customer service (other than security) is something they know nothing about. Disappointing.

On Tuesday August 4, a friend asked me to pick something up from a dispensary, and Mankind was the…read moreclosest one to me. The building looked cool from the outside, lots of activity in this strip mall, and the security guard was genuinely friendly. After checking my ID, he asked if it was my first visit. I told him it was. I'm not really a smoker I was just shopping for a friend. Once inside, the experience completely changed. I was obviously lost, looking around like a dumbass trying to figure out what I needed, yet 2 employees walked right past me without offering help. When I finally flagged down an employee to ask about deals he pointed with an attitude to a small plastic sign instead of simply answering my question. My friend wanted Blue Dream, which was advertised at 40% off, so I grabbed two. At checkout, things got worse. I mentioned the first-time customer discount the security guard had told me about. Instead of checking, the employee insisted that "it's not your first time by a long shot. You've been here at least 10 times." We argued for a minute before he realized he'd pulled up someone else's profile. Then gave me a half-assed apology while looking in a completely different direction. He then got all funny about giving me a first-time discount because the items I bought were on sale. Which he DID NOT give me. Which is fine if that's the policy. My issue wasn't the discount it was being treated like I was lying. I walked out paying about what I would have paid elsewhere, but with a much worse experience. This brother couldn't see five minutes ahead of himself. He lost what could have been a consistent customer for about $15. I can tell he is not the owner. He is just a stingy employee. The security guard was great. Everyone else made sure my first and LAST visit would be exactly that. I'd rather spend my money at a dispensary with better customer service, even if it costs more. I guarantee you even with this excellent location the staff is going to run this place out of business. I would have to be desperate to go back into this place. But luckily there are tons of shop around with better reviews.

I'm so happy they offer discount codes via text Every week which saves me A lot My favorite part about this place is that I can go to the associate tell them my budget and what I'm looking for and they'll help me get everything I need within my price range. I often save money when I tell them my budget and use the discount code. Sundays they even have a buy 3 get 1 free deal They always offer really cool suggestions and their honest opinion about the products. They also have a wide range of products available. I've tried so many new things just from listening to the staff. Although they don't offer points to redeem money off ,their prices are clear and affordable and they don't add $20+ in taxes/fees like most other dispensaries. Parking is easy and I totally recommend.

The same product here will ALWAYS be better priced compared to other places. No one does it like Cannabis 21+. Be sure to bring cash since their card system functions like an ATM, which comes with a fee (common in the industry). Pro tip - they always have buy 3 get 1 free on all products on the store (must be same product line, ie same brand of gummies) on Sundays. Service: Shoutout to Dave and Alondra, who always make my visits enjoyable. They're knowledgeable, patient, and provide excellent customer care. At Cannabis 21+, you're paired with a "personal shopper" who guides you through the store, making the experience feel tailored and efficient. On my last visit, Miguel and Ken provided the same high level of service I've come to expect. Bottom line: Affordable prices without sacrificing quality. 5/5

That was it--no effort to fix it, no accountability. Next morning, I'm told my order was canceled and I need to reorder--except now it's over $30 more. Asked them to honor the original price since this was 100% their mistake, and they refused. Their solution? "Try again Monday." That's not just bad service--that's zero service. What's worse is the manager's complete lack of concern--no effort to make it right, no acknowledgment of how poorly this was handled. That was enough for me. You…read moreactually enter through the dispensary first, where you can browse and pick up your favorites before making your way upstairs to the lounge. It almost feels like you're walking into a speakeasy as you pass through this cool market-style space, then down a hallway lined with awesome artwork and classic Hollywood movie posters with a stoner twist before arriving upstairs. Once you're in the lounge, the vibes are immaculate. The décor is trendy, the wall art is incredible, and when I went, the DJ was absolutely killing it. I was Shazaming song after song because the playlist was that good. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Our hostess seated us right away, everyone was attentive, and the staff made the whole experience feel welcoming. Word of advice, get a reservation! You won't have to wait. The food was honestly better than I expected. If you go, you HAVE to order the Ahi Tuna Crispy Waffle. It was incredibly fresh, and the sweetness of the mango tied everything together perfectly. I also ordered the Wake & Bake Espresso which was delicious. One thing I really appreciated is that although I don't smoke, I never felt out of place. My friends were able to enjoy smoking at the table, and you can even order products to be brought upstairs (the upstairs selection is a bit smaller than what's available in the dispensary below, but it's still super convenient). As someone who doesn't consume THC, I was a little nervous about ordering a cocktail since they're served with a THC additive. Thankfully, the additive comes separately on the side, so you have complete control over whether you use it. I simply handed mine to a friend, and it completely took the pressure off. There is a $10 lounge cover, which I think is totally reasonable for the experience. If I remember correctly, it's waived with a dispensary purchase of $50 or more. Overall, Sessions on the Bay does an amazing job creating a space that's welcoming for everyone. Whether you're a regular cannabis consumer or you're simply there for the atmosphere, great food, drinks, music, and company, it's an awesome place to spend an evening. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to both my friends who partake and the ones who don't.
