Rather than honoring my request, I get the notification the same day that the embedder is now repaired, complete and has already shipped. We received the machine. It is still a non-working unit. I have requested they accept a return which they will not do without charging a very high rate on the loaner they sent since they could not fill our order in the promised time frame. Equip. was selected by Scripps Sleep Center (Obviously, they have not read the reviews.). where I was to get my CPAP equipment. I had a 1:00pm appointment at their facility: 2320 La Miranda in Vista. I called the office to get directions but the phone system said they were at lunch from 12:30 - 1:30pm and I could leave a message. What's the deal!! I had a 1pm appointment!! I tried to leave a message but the mailbox was FULL. The phone system also said I could speak to someone if I entered their 3 initials, which I did. The AI assistant said the categories were empty and hung up. Now you know this wasn't anything I didn't expect since I have dealt with Mori Med. Equip. before and had a similar experience. NOT my first rodeo with these people. They have not done anything in the past 3 yrs to improve themselves. It is only a suggestion but if you read your reviews, they will tell you step by step what you need to do to improve your company's outward facing reputation. All the ONE STAR reviews have explained their problem sufficiently and stating accurately the problems they are seeing. This information in the right hands can not only improve the morale of your employees that face the storm of insults and anger on a daily basis, but also increase your bottom line. With the reviews in the ONE STARS at the same or more than the FIVE STARS reviews, all new customers will be looking elsewhere. This can't be good.
