I did like that she inspected everythign thoroughly before start and took the time to explain why skin tags develop and also what the procedure steps will be along with the medical compounds involved in removal and post-removal care. The procedure took about 1 hr, was very fast and with little or no pain. It's been 2 weeks since and the black spots left by the procedure have fallen and the scars healed very well, almost unnoticeable. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!

I have not had any bad service or missed appts, ever. The one and only time that I missed my scheduled appt, the staff were kind enough to reschedule me and didn't penalize me for missing it. I usually have my regular eyebrow waxing done but I've also had massages (both relaxation and RMT), manicures, pedicures and back treatments. All of the staff and the owners are just amazing - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time! Their prices may be a touch higher than other day spas but still very competitive/in keeping with other services and worth every penny.
