Although the store was clearly very busy and shorthanded, she remained friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She and another female associate were constantly helping customers with battery installations while still making sure everyone was taken care of. I truly appreciated Sandra's positive attitude, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile despite how busy things were. Employees like her make a big difference. Thank you Sandra!

If you let them know that you're disabled and require accommodation they will attack you and throw it in your face that you're disabled and making such a request. The lady working the counter and answering the phone right now 2:45 pm is a instigator, exaggerator, and refuses to assist in the simplest of ways. She was giving me a hard time about trying to figure things out. She put me on hold making it seem like she was going to find out if there was adapters for the part in question and instead she's sicked her rabid manager on me for not tolerating her laziness and disrespect about my need for a disability accommodation. It's not hard to figure out what rear windshield wiper goes on a Toyota Sienna. It's part of your job ladies! It is not part of your job and you do not get paid to disrespect, put down, laugh at, and make fun of your disabled patrons for needing and requesting accommodations for they're disabilities. It's not like it's some exotic vehicle. Disgusting behavior today! Trying to provoke someone like me over simply trying to figure out what rear wiper to obtain. Get a new job if you can't handle that one anymore!!

Buying a car is pretty…read morestressful and overwhelming, but Jaden was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive at all hours of the day (if not his team members were very helpful), honest, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. He adapted his communication style to my method as I was very busy and couldn't answer the phone as much. He worked hard to return my calls even after hours as we were working through the paperwork, he answered my all of questions even if it involved asking others to confirm, helped me understand the vehicle, the process, and where to go when I needed help (even after the car purchase), and made me feel supported without being pushy. He even answered my partner's call when my partner needed to handle things given the short timeline and I had a lot going on. Even as we were purchasing the vehicle, I saw some smudges and I really appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and follow-through throughout the process. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right car, tried to get me what I wanted out of the car buying experience with a lot of work behind the scenes, and make the experience as smooth as possible. Jaden was able to do what no other dealership in the area could do. I want to thank Jaden for making such a big purchase feel much more manageable, for getting me the car of my dreams, and doing something no other dealer could do. I'd definitely recommend working with Jaden!

When a different sales rep contacted me at a later date and I told them I wouldn't deal with Premier Chevrolet because of Chris , Chris then sent patronizing texts to me after I had already opted out of messaging. Only further confirming that this is not the type of dealership that employs professional individuals who respect their clientele.

Price is no object in my quest to stay cool. Bought a townhouse near the ocean and replaced all the windows with double pane low-E glass which keeps out heat in the summer. When I bought my car it had no tint and I got hot when the sun shined on me through the windows. I put very light Greystone CR 70 grade tint on the front 2 windows and I only got warm when the sun hit me. The back 3 windows had Greystone CR 40 grade tint which was limo dark and sitting back there you could barely feel the sun. The problem with my Civic is the front windshield is huge and sloped so a ton of sunlight hits the dashboard and me so often I got hot from sunlight coming through the windshield. Last year I was driving to Palm Springs alot and was getting really hot even with the AC set to maximum. I did research on the net and found out 3M had released a Crystalline series of window tint which had the highest heat rejection rating I had ever seen. Cut to now: It's summer. I'm getting hot driving around. I call SD Motorsports and they squeeze me in at the last minute for a early morning appointment. 2 hours and $350 later my front windshield is tinted with 3M Crystalline CR 70 grade tint. They did an excellent job on the install. Looking through the windshield is much like looking through the front side windows. The heat rejection is about the same as sitting in the backseat behind the Greystone CR 40 limo grade tint. To summarize: 3M Crystalline tint is expensive and does an excellent job keeping me and my car cool. SD Motorsports provided excellent customer service and did a great job tinting my windshield.

One word. Tanner…read more(service advisor). He legit has changed my mind about Lexus. I've had horrible service over the years from Escondido and San Diego. I was going to get rid of my (paid off) car and get into a non Lexus lease because I was getting frustrated and annoyed with service advisors. The Carlsbad location is a further drive and the center seems older. But I can tell you it was WORTH IT because of Tanner. He was upfront, honest, and knowledgeable when I first spoke to him. I needed brake pads and possible new rotors. I just trusted him when he said to first pay for the brake diagnostic (I think it was like $59.95?) and they'll know exactly the issue to see exactly what needs to be done. The fee will go directly towards any service and it wasn't a loss as I knew for sure my brake pads were worn badly. The loaner department was also quick and efficient (I think the guy's name was David?). He got me their newer 2025 RX to the loaner and I totally understand why they give Lexus loaners as I emailed tanner to say hey wait don't do the service as I may just trade in the car (kinda half joking here). But I know which car I'll be getting in the next two years now. The brake service was PERFECT. I didn't need new rotors (yes!!) but was super close to it (as i expected). I also decided to get a full interior/exterior detail for the car (haven't had it since owning it so it was much needed). I am back today for the alignment (got the wheels at Costco few min away as their 4 tire special beat Lexus). Hopefully alignment went well but I wouldn't expect anything less at this point with Tanner and his team here. Thank you Carlsbad Lex!

Instead, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics. They claimed the advertised online price was a "mistake," refused to hold the car with a deposit, and pressured me into buying that night. They also offered me next to nothing for my trade-in, then shooed me out without an orientation to the vehicle. I was told I had an option contract, but when I found a better financing rate, my calls were ignored. I was also pressured into buying an extended warranty, when I called Lexus corporate to cancel, I later learned the dealership hadn't submitted the required paperwork and the car was not tagged as certified pre-owned in the system. Emails and calls went unanswered for weeks until I contacted the general manager. If you buy here, make sure you secure outside financing before you walk in. They will relentlessly pressure you to finance through Lexus. The experience was so bad that I now go to Lexus Escondido for all my service instead of returning here. Edit: I forgot to include. They also charge you $2,000 for an "optional" security device which isn't a car alarm and they can't explain what it does- but it's actually not optional.

We agreed on them deleting my abs system, install upper and lower control arms, coilovers, fabricating upper control arm mounts, fabricating shock hoops and mounting bump stops. The quoted me $2000-$2500 for all the work/material. They also told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. Almost 4 and a half weeks later I got my truck back to find out what a hack job was done to it. All my brake lines are clearly bent using whoevers thumbs. My driver side Coilover binds not only on the upper control arm but also on the shock hoop and to top it of one of my tie rod bungs was only welded about 1/4-1/2 of the way around. When I went to pick up the truck justin, the owner, tried charging me almost $1000 more then the estimate I received when I dropped it off. Which I might have been okay with if everything was done correctly but it wasn't. And they never even mounted the bump stops. When I took the truck back in to ask what was going on with the binding of the Coilover justin told me that was the only way it could be done unless I change my whole brake setup which he kindly offered to do for a large price. Number one he's wrong about that being the only way it could work and second I called 4 times to try and figure out when I could drop the truck off to get my brake setup done and the suspension cycling correctly and SAFELY but never received a call back when they "figured out their schedule". I'm currently looking into taking them to small claims court. Let my mistake be a lesson you don't have to learn. Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
