Although they claim they cleaned it, there is no proof it was cleaned out fully and they refuse to come out to check their work without charging me $275 to do so. I had a pumber to come out and they took pictures to show old tissue caked up to the top of the septic tank. Johnathan is now trying to blame the issue on my septic system, which they should have checked when they came out to clean it. Telling me to go read up on srptic tanks. They are suppose to be the professionals. I guess not. Do not use them. I wish i could give them a zero. I will be contacting the better business bureau.
