They were friendly and did some crawl space repairs for me in June 2022, I thought all was good. A year later, I had a mold problem inside my house, including in the boots of my vents. I contacted Crawlspace Fitness numerous times to see if they could verify that the vapor barrier still looked intact and that no mold was coming from the crawl space. They never replied. Another company looked, and told me that the majority of the vapor barrier had become unsealed. They also said that I now need a dehumidifier, because after CF sealed the crawl space, it has become like a greenhouse. (There was no mold in the vents, which was my initial concern.) When I told them that CF installed it, they said they weren't surprised and had seen shoddy work from them before. I let Josh know in writing that I wanted them to take a look, as I'd like to continue to work with CF if possible, and a 5 year warranty was stated on our invoice. He finally replied and said he'd moved to Tennessee, was establishing the business there, and was working on staffing the Wilmington office. He also said he found it highly unlikely that that much of our vapor barrier had come unsealed. However, he never sent anyone to verify that. I don't have the email receipt of this, as it was on an inquiry form through their site. This was a year ago. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed many times to inquire if they could just look at my crawl space and if needed, repair it. I never heard back. I now have to cut my losses and pay another company potentially a great deal of money to repair the first job that CF did. Less urgently but still bothersome. They build 2 custom crawl space doors for us for $500. Less than 2 years later, some of the latches don't close all the way and the doors are warped. If they reach out to me, I will be happy to edit or take down this review. Sometimes, this is the only thing that works. I attached an image of my unanswered emails and the 5 year warranty statement on my invoice. This does not include the inquiry form or the phone calls.

I had to fix the door by busting some of the frame to get the door to close. just for me to be told there's nothing they can do. common curtsey would have been to let me know they wasn't able to get the door closed so I could have went out that day to close the door, instead of it being left open for 3 days. poor communication and very unprofessional. I contacted Phoenix Envirocorp after being referred to them by our home inspector. We were…read morecompleting the due diligence period and there was water damage that was concerning. I called the office and arranged for testing the next week. The tech arrived when scheduled and completed the testing of the concerned area as well as one additional area that I asked her about. We received the verbal results within 48 hours which allowed us to proceed towards closing with a plan of action (unfortunately they did find Stachybotrys.) They came back to complete the necessary and expanded testing and provided us with a detailed remediation protocol. They have been very quick to respond to my questions both using email and callbacks when necessary. Remediation begins next week and when that is completed we will have EnviroCorp come back to do final testing. I'm thankful to have this company looking out for my health and well-being.

This company was professional and helpful from the moment I called to the moment they left our home. I wanted our vents cleaned because I was having allergy issues. When they showed up, they said we didn't need them cleaned because the home is only 3 years old, and they recommend it every 7. So, they did a biocide treatment ($20 per unit) to kill any mold and called it a day. This saved us literally hundreds of dollars! They also diagnosed a blockage issue and repaired it at no additional cost other than the $65 service call. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
