I want to preface this review by stating that I have not had any work done (yet) at Alfredo's. However, given my on-and-off again communication with them over the last year, they have left a lasting impresison. They appear to be an ethical establishment and do things right. In my case, I have a very tedious windshield that requires quite a few steps just to remove, including replacement of multiple body painted garnishes. Many in the business are not aware of the fact that these items need to be replaced. However, Alfredo actually made a walk-through video regarding the install of this shield and the pitfalls associated with it. Alfredo's generously gave me their time and answered any and all questions I might have had. I believe I will be utilizing them in an inevitable future windshield replacement. I had a glass break on my windshield and was looking for a local place to do the repair. Thanks to some recommendations, I was able to stop in and everything was fixed within a half hour as promised. There's also a waiting area with self-serve bottled water and a coffee machine to enjoy while you wait. The shop is located a few miles past Dos Lagos off the 15 Freeway and in a small business plaza. It's a very quick right turn into the plaza, then just park right at front. Alfredo's Auto Glass has been my go to for windshield issues for years. I'm not sure why I haven't written a review before, but better late than never. The other day during the "tropical storm" I was driving home and heard something hit my windshield, but didn't see anything due to my window being wet. When I got off work yesterday I noticed decent size ping in my lower left windshield. I called Alfredo's right away. I got the voicemail, and as I was waiting yo leave a message, I got a text to reply to and set up my appointment for today within minutes. My current windshield has two repair/patch spots on it that were done by Alfredo's and I have never had any issues I got to his location at 2:25 and he was done with the repair by 2:45. It is definitely worth the cost to patch a ping rather than let it spiderweb and have to replace the whole windshield. I will continue to go to Alfredo's for all my car glass needs. read more

He provided us two options replace with the same type and come back in 4-5 years with the same issue or replace with a one piece and not have the leak issue. In addition big price difference. I used Alfredo's the first time in 2019 when they were mobil. I remember that I was totally impressed. On time with my appointment and very pleasant. Alfredo went beyond outside the removal and installation. He called me out to show me that it was very rusted all around the windshield windowpane. He said he would take care of it. I could hear power tools being used. He treated it and put my windshield back in. No extra charge at all unlike the other quotes. In fact In 2010 I had (well known) come to my job and in and out in 20 mins. Probably had the rust then . I had a road hazards on 6/18/25. I was able to get in on the 20th. They don't do mobile anymore,but I was happy to drive 20 miles to their shop. Hello! Alfredo fixed me up after my windshield was chipped and cracked driving through a construction zone. After I had read about how quirky the LX470 and 100 series Land Cruiser windshields are I started to get stressed out about the repair being done properly and the potential for water leaks. Turns out the windshield that got chipped and cracked wasn't installed properly either and the wind noise was abnormally loud, which I attributed to it being a big fat SUV with big mirrors and roof racks. Enter Alfredo and family! I found his info online while researching capable windshield installers and he even has a YouTube video about my particular vehicle and how they need to be done properly to eliminate wind noise and rust and leaks. I'm happy to report my LX is perfect now, so quiet you can carry on a conversation at a whisper while barreling down the road at 70mph. Thank you Alfredo!
