My…read morefirst time being there was 5/5 the owner was polite and nice and everyone was smiling, my first haircut there was awesome, a solid 5/5, I forgot his name but I think it might've been the owners son. Today was my second haircut there and I've got a shitty vibe right when I walked through the door, no one greeted me, the owner was looking at me strange, and the mood just felt off like I knew I was going to get a shitty haircut today type of vibe. I sat down on the chair and today my barber was a women, she has blonde hair, Asian. I usually prefer males to cut my hair but I'm not picky, I just think males just have more experience and more knowledge about male hair. So yeah, I sat down and she asks me, " What style would you like today?" I told her I wanted, a high top fade the top being round, I also showed her some photos so she can get a better image as what I was talking about, I told her specifically to keep the side straight and going up wards, she says ok and starts cutting. She had a bit of an attitude, it felt like she didn't want t be there. Already off to a bad start she started to cut the side, I knew it was going to be bad when she started to bring my side inwards kinda giving me a Mohawk kinda side look- which was not what I asked for. I asked for my side to go straight up and having my top round over to each side. She then proceeded, I wanted to say something but I knew I couldn't because she already fucked it up. At the end I ended up having a Mohawk with a flat top. I'm really mad and upset because the reason I wanted to switch barbers is so I won't get my hair messed up again, and now I'm getting flash backs... I ended up paying anyways I gave the owner 22 bucks, I was generous to tip her 1$ dollar even though she fucked up my hair, and he owner just gave my that disgust face right when I gave him the tip, like he expected me to tip big, why would I tip big for a shitty haircut?. I hope the next time I come back the guy is there, and if I get my haircut fucked again I'll probably just gotta switch again to another barber.

dont know what all the hype is about this place...its just a plain barbershop with a new owner for…read morelike couple yrs now. i live in the neighbourhood and have been coming here since it opened. the old owners are way better than the new one. the old ones ( persian brothers) would take the time to know you and chit chat about everything and make you feel like family. the new one is cold and stoic. very bland reception every time. plus he treats kids 10 and up like adults, so adults pricing...how can u say that a 12 yr kids hair is same as a 25 yr old? or someone with a hippie shoulder health hair. don't really mind the price increase to make his customers wait 1.5 or more for a cut with no apologies or anything is unreasonable. sometimes, his wife comes to help out but always seems to not be there when its the busiest time of the day. ive heard some one complain and all he did was shrug his shoulders. plus, if you dnt ask for a washroom, there is no sign to point you there. and if you leave your spot to find a washroom somewhere else, say good bye to your spot. the old owners knew when to kick it up a notch in speed of service but still managed to provide quality cuts. too bad they moved back east. now, didnt matter if there is like a 5 person line-up or 10 person line up..,service is same. slow and full of mindless chatter. only bring my son here as it is close to me. i personally get my cut else where. every time i come here i waste at least 2 hrs of my life just waiting....

They were engaging and pleasant with my father. My father was pleased with a senior discount. The room itself is simple, well lit and clean. Parking is an issue.
