This was the worst experience I ever had. I hired Michael Lyncheski (owner) of Coast To Coast to…read moresoft wash my roof. He sent two unprofessional young guys out. They were spraying 100% bleach on my roof because their equipment broke. They left it like that. I couldn't even go outside because the smell was horrific and my eyes were burning. Michael told me it would be another week at which I said no it needs to be corrected immediately. He was able to send them back out 2 days later. They cleaned the rest of my roof. The next day a majority of my extensive landscaping was dead. Michael never even came out to look at the damage. Instead he asked me to take pictures and send them to him. Luckily I got before pictures as well. I called the County and it turns out he was not licensed at all as his website stated. He was fined and has since applied for his license. He told me he filed a claim with his insurance and would let me know the progress. He said the insurance company would be calling me. They never did. Michael has completely ghosted me. He will not answer e-mails, texts or phone yet he was able to apply for a license. That make no sense. Clearly he wasn't insured either. He has since changed his website so that you can't leave reviews. Most of them were written by his employees and their Mom and were fake as well. My damage was estimated by my lawn company at just under $8000. PLEASE do NOT use this company. It's now a small claims court issue.
